Կարտոֆիլի հյութը հին և շատ լավ ժողովրդական միջոց է:
Հում կարտոֆիլի հյութը մտնում է ամենալավ դեղերի ցուցակի մեջ: Այս միջոցը օգտագործվել է հին ժամանակներից, այն հասանելի է բոլորին, իսկ կարտոֆիլի հյութի օգտակար հատկությունների մասին նույնիսկ խոսք չկա:
1. Կարտոֆիլի հյութը բարձրացնում է դիմադրողականությունը
Կարտոֆիլի հյութի մեջ պարունակվում է վիտամին C, որն էլ նպաստում է իմունային համակարգի բարձրացմանը: Իմունային համակարգի բարձրացման համար օրական մեկ բաժակ կարտոֆիլի հյութը բավական է:
2. Արագացնում է մազերի աճը
