 Արցախի հարցը պետք է լուծվի դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ ունեցած հարցազրույցում ժամանակ նշեց ՌԴ ժողովրդական արտիստ Լևոն Օգանեզովը:

«Հայաստանից լավ երկիր չկա՝ Հայաստանը եղել է, կա ու կմնա ամենալավը: Ամեն ինչ կավարտվի: Այս խնդրի լուծման համար դիվանագիտական մոտեցում պետք է ցույց տա նաև Ռուսաստանը: Թուրքերն ընդհանարապես իրենց կորցրել են: Հենց այնպես «պատերազմ սկսել» պետք չէ, հարկավոր են լուրջ հիմքեր,  բայց  թուրքերի «սանձերը քաշել» պետք է:  Թող հիշեն, որ ռուսական բանակը 6 անգամ կարող էր ոչնչացնել ամբողջ այդ պետությունը. առաջին անգամ Եկատերինա թագուհին չթողեց, հաջորդ անգամ կարող էին դա անել 19-րդ դարի ավարտին և այլն. կարող էին, բայց չցանկացան»,-նշեց Լևոն Օգանեզովը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ այս վիճակը երկար չի ձգվի, քանի որ բոլորը պարտքերի մեջ են: «Հայաստանը սովոր է ապրել համեստ, իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝ ոչ: Ահա հիմա նրանց մոտ նավթի գինը ընկել է, իսկ  փող չեն կարող ուրիշներից վերցնել. վարկ  են վերցնում՝ սա էլ կավարտվի: Կարծում եմ ամենի ինչ լավ կլինի: Աստված թող մեր տղաներին քաջություն ու արիություն տա,  մերոնք իրենց հողի համար են պայքարում, իսկ նրանք զավթիչներ են. դա է հայերի առավելությունը»,-նշեց Լևոն Օգանեզովը:

Խոսելով ռուսական դիրքորոշման մասին՝ ՌԴ ժողովրդական արտիստը նշեց, որ Ռուսաստանը գործում է անգլիական ձևով՝ չցանկանալով հարաբերությունները ոչ մեկի հետ փչացնել: «Ցավոք, Ռուսաստանը չի կարող հեշտությամբ ինչ-որ մեկի կողմը թեքվել: Դիվանագիտություն է՝ ինչ-որ մեկը ինչ-որ մեկից կախված է: Պատերազմից վատ ոչինչ չկա, բայց եթե կռվել է պետք, ապա այնպես, ինչպես հայերն են կռվում: Կարծում եմ, ամեն ինչ լավ կավարտվի»,-հավելեց արտիստը:
