Ի՞նչ է սիրում եւ արգելում Եղիսաբեթ II-ը թագավորական խոհանոցում

Մեծ Բրիտանիան ամենաերկար կառավարած թագուհին՝ Եղիսաբեթ II-ը, այսօր նշում է ծննդյան 90-ամյակը։ Սա իհարկե, մեծ եւ կարեւոր իրադարձություն է Բրիտանիայի պահպանողական բնակիչների համար։ Չնայած այսօր թագուհու իշխանությունը կարելի է ասել ձեւական բնույթ է կրում՝ նա շարունակում է լինել պետության առաջին դեմքը։
Թագուհու ծննդյան առթիվ արեւմտյան պարբերականներում մի քանի գաղտնիքներ են բացահայտվել։ Բրիտանացիներին հայտնի է դարձել, թե ինչ նախընտրություններ ունի Եղիսաբեթ II-ը խոհանոցում՝ ինչ է սիրում ուտել եւ ինչ է արգելել թագավորական մենյուի մեջ։
Բուքինգհեմյան պալատի նախկին շեֆ-խոհարար Ջոն Հագինսը հայտնել է, որ թագուհին արգելել է իրեն սխտորով կերակուրներ պատրաստել։ Նրան դուր չեն գալիս անծանոթ եւ սուր հոտ ունեցող համեմունքները։ Թագուհու համար պատրաստվող ճաշին չի կարող լինել բրինձ, կարտոֆիլ եւ պաստա։
Եղիսաբեթ II-ը սենդվիչների սիրահար չէ, բայց երբեմն նա նույնպես արագ սնունդ է օգտագործում։ Բայց ինչպես նշել է Հագինսը՝ հացերի կոշտ հատվածները անպայման պետք է հեռացված լինեին։
Բրիտանիայի թիվ 1 դեմքն ավելի քաղցրասեր է (հատկապես շոկոլադե թխվածքներ, մուս), ինչպես նաեւ շատ է օգտագործում մրգեր (հատկապես Վինձոր ամրոցում աճող մանգոն, ելակը, եւ դեղձը)։
Որքան էլ որ զարմանալի է, թագուհին ունի նաեւ իր նախընտրած խմիչքները։ Օրվա վերջում նա անպայման մեկ բաժակ ջին եւ դյուբոն (ֆրանսիական ապերիտիվ) է խմում։ Կենացդ, թագուհի։
