Արցախի ժողովրդին ցեղասպանությունից փրկելու ուղին ԼՂՀ ճանաչումն է. Աշոտ Մելքոնյան

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության առաջնահերթ խնդիրը պետք է լինի միջազգային հանրության մոտ այն մոտեցման ամրապնդումը, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը կարող է ենթարկվել ցեղասպանության ԼՂ ազատագրված տարածքների զիջման պարագայում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ապրիլի 21-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման տեսակետ արտահայտեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Աշոտ Մելքոնյանը: «Միևնույն է` Ադրբեջանը, եթե ամրապնդվեց Արցախի ազատագրված տարածքներում, հաջորդ քայլը լինելու է հարվածը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին, այսինքն` հայկական բնակեցված տարածքների ուղղությամբ: Հայկական կողմը առաջին հերթին Ռուսաստանին ու նաև համաշխարհային հանրությանը պետք է կարողանա բացատրել, որ նման քայլը հղի է ցեղասպանական հետևանքներով»,-ասաց Աշոտ Մելքոնյանը:
Բանախոսը կարևոր քայլ համարեց այն, որ վերջին երկու տասնամյակի ընթացքում առաջին ագամ համաշխարհային հանրությունը եվրոպական բարձր ամբիոններից պատգամավորների մակարդակով սկսել է խոսել Արցախի ժողովրդին սպառնացող վտանգի մասին, իսկ դրանից խուսափումը տեսնում է ԼՂՀ-ն ճանաչելու մեջ: «Վերջին վայրագությունները, որ նախաձեռնեց Ադրբեջանը, որոնք «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման մակարդակի գործողություններ էին, հուշում են, որ Արցախի ժողովուրդը կարող է ենթարկվել ցեղասպանության, ու 100 տարի հետո հայ ժողովորդի հետ կարող է կրկվել այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ 1915-ին: Գոնե եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների մակարդակով խոսվում է այն մասին, որ ցեղասպանությունից Արցախի հանրությանը փրկելու միակ ճանապարհը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ճանաչումն է: Կարծում եմ` ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի գերատեսչության առաջին խնդիրր պետք է լինի այն, որ շարունակի աշխարհի մոտ այս մոտեցումն ամրապնդելը»,-հավելեց պատմաբանը:
Այս իմաստով Պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրենը կարևոր համարեց ԱՄՆ մի քանի նահանգների կողմից ԼՂՀ ճանաչումը` նշելով, որ նահանգները, իհարկե, միջազգային իրավունքի սուբյեկտներ չեն, սակայն հասարկություններին ուղերձ փոխանցելու շատ լավ գործոն են:
Լիբանանի «Ազդակ» թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Շահան Գանտահարյանը համաձայնեց Աշոտ Մելքոնյանի հետ ու նշեց, որ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի ու Հայ դատի հանձնախմբերի առաջնային օրակարգը պետք է լինի Ադրբեջանի` որպես ռազմական հանցագործի, ահաբեկչական պետական միավոր լինելու մասին բարձրաձայնելը: Նրա խոսքով` պետք է չմոռանալ նաև Թուրքիային, որը ահաբեկչական գլխավոր «արտադրամաս» է ու սպառնալիք ամբողջ աշխարհի համար, քանի որ աջակցում ու տարանցման միջանցք է ծառայում վտանգավոր ահաբեկիչների համար:
