 Եվրոպայի ծանրամարտի առաջնության հաղթող Նազիկ Ավդալյանը կարծում է, որ ծանրորդների համար ստեղծված պայմանները տարիների ընթացքում բարելավվել են:

«Արմենպրես»-ը հայտնում է, որ գյումրեցի մարզուհին, ում հաջողվեց տարիների դադարից հետո վերադառնալ մեծ սպորտ և փայլուն հաջողության հասնել, բարելավում է նկատել ծանրորդների համար ստեղծված պայմանների առումով:

«Կազմակերպական ինչ-որ բացթողումներ գուցե կան, սակայն այսօրվա պայմանները շատ ավելի լավ են, քան տարիներ առաջ: Արդեն շատացել են նաև ուսումնամարզական հավաքները, մարզադահլիճի պակասություն գրեթե չկա, գույքային համալրվածությունը ևս բարելավված է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց անվանի մարզուհին, ով դժվարություններ հաղթահարելուց հետո կրկին հայտնվել է մարզական բարձունքին:

Ավդալյանի խոսքով` ստեղծված պայմաններում ծանրորդներին մնում է հնարավորինս լավ մարզվել, հետևել մարզական ռեժիմին, վերականգնողական վարժություններ կատարել ու անել ամեն բան, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա բարելավելու նաև ցուցանիշները. «Մեծ մրցաշարերի ժամանակ մենք նաև շատ էներգիա ենք կորցնում, որը պետք է արագորեն վերականգնել հատուկ վիտամինների ու սննդի միջոցով: Այսօր ստեղծված պայմանները լիովին բավարար են, օգնում են մարզիկին»:

Եզրափակելով «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցը` Ավդալյանը նշեց, որ ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի, եթե իրեն հաջողվի խուսափել վնասվածքներից, պահպանի մարզումային ռեժիմը: Օլիմպիական խաղերում հաջող ելույթի գրավականը, ըստ գյումրեցի մարզուհու, կլինեն կանոնավոր մարզումները:
