ԼՂՀ ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները հայտարարություն են ընդունել, որով ՌԴ իրապահ մարմիններին հորդորում են ազատ արձակել Լևոն Հայրապետյանին։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, հայտարարությունում նշված է. «Մի քանի օր առաջ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Զամոսկվորեչյան դատարանը հրապարակել է հայտնի գործարար եւ բարերար Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ դատավճիռը՝ մեղադրելով նրան ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 159 հոդվածի 4-րդ կետով եւ դատապարտելով 4 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Արցախի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորական խմբակցությունները իրենց անհանգստությունն են հայտնում Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի ներկայիս առողջական ծանր վիճակի կապակցությամբ: Լուրջ մտահոգության տեղիք է տալիս նրա մոտ հայտնաբերված հիվանդությունների ցանկը (քաղցկեղ, շաքարային դիաբետ, արյան հիպերտոնիա, հետինսուլտային վիճակ), որը բանտային պայմաններում սպառնացող վտանգ է նրա կյանքի համար:
Լինելով հայրենասեր եւ իր ժողովրդի արժանավոր զավակ՝ Լեւոն Հայրապետյանը տարիներ շարունակ Արցախում իրականացրել է բազմաթիվ բարեգործական ծրագրեր՝ նպաստելով հայրենի երկրի զարգացմանը: Նրա գործունեության մեջ կարեւոր տեղ է զբաղեցրել նաեւ հայ-ռուսական բարեկամական կապերի ամրապնդումը:
Հաշվի առնելով Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի օրեցօր Վատթարացող առողջական վիճակը՝ ԼՂՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորական խմբակցությունները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իրավապահ մարմիններին հորդորում են մարդասիրական վերաբերմունքից ելնելով գործող օրենսդրության շրջանակներում վերանայել կալանքի պայմանները, օբյեկտիվ վերաքննությամբ էապես մեղմել սահմանված պատիժը եւ ազատ արձակել նրան:
