ԱՄՆ Հոնոլուլու շրջանի և քաղաքի խորհուրդը ԼՂՀ ջանքերը սատարող բանաձև է ընդունել

ԱՄՆ Հավայի նահանգի Հոնոլուլու շրջանի և քաղաքի ԽորհուրդՆ ապրիլի 20-ին ընդունել է 16-78, CD1 բանաձևը, որով քաջալերում է և սատարում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության շարունակական ջանքերին՝ երաշխավորելու իր քաղաքացիների այն իրավունքները, որոնք բնորոշ են ազատ և անկախ հասարակությանը, և կոչ է անում ԱՄՆ Նախագահին և Կոնգրեսին կատարել միջազգային հանրության ջանքերը՝ ուղղված Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության հարցերի արդար և երկարատև լուծմանը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվական վարչությունից:

Բանաձևում ասվում է.

«ՀԱՇՎԻ ԱՌՆԵԼՈՎ, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, որը հայտնի է նաև Արցախ անվանմամբ, դեպի ծով ելք չունեցող տարածաշրջան է, որը պատմականորեն հանդիսանում է հայկական տարածք և նրա բնակչության մեծամասնությունը կազմում են էթնիկ հայեր, ինչպես նաև

ՀԱՇՎԻ ԱՌՆԵԼՈՎ, որ շրջանը 1921 թ.  անջատվել է Հայաստանից և փոխանցվել Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի իշխանության տակ որպես Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ինքնավար Մարզ, ինչպես նաև

ՀԱՇՎԻ ԱՌՆԵԼՈՎ, որ 1988 թ. փետրվարի 20-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում սկիզբ է դրվել ազգային-ազատագրական շարժմանը, երբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին ներկայացնող ընտրված օրենսդիր մարմինը որոշում է ընդունել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Սովետական Սոցիալիստական Հայաստանին վերադարձնելու մասին, ինչպես նաև

ՀԱՇՎԻ ԱՌՆԵԼՈՎ, որ 1991 թ. սեպտեմբերի 2-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի օրենսդրական մարմինը հռչակել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը՝ այն ժամանակ գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն, ինչպես նաև 

ՀԱՇՎԻ ԱՌՆԵԼՈՎ, որ  1991 թ. դեկտեմբերի 10-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ժողովուրդը քվեարկել է հօգուտ անկախության, և 1992 թ. հունվարի 6-ին ժողովրդավարական ճանապարհով ընտրված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության օրենսդիր մարմինը պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է անկախության մասին, ինչպես նաև

ՀԱՇՎԻ ԱՌՆԵԼՈՎ, որ անկախության հռչակումից ի վեր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը կառուցել է ազատ շուկայական տնտեսությամբ և կենսունակ քաղաքացիական հասարակությամբ ժողովրդավարական պետություն, որը անցկացնում է միջազգային ոչ կառավարական դիտորդների կողմից որպես ազատ և արդար ճանաչված խորհրդարանական և նախագահական ընտրություններ։

ՈՐՈՇԵԼ Է, որ Հոնոլուլուի քաղաքի և շրջանի Խորհուրդը քաջալերում է և սատարում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության շարունակական ջանքերին՝ երաշխավորելու իր քաղաքացիների այն իրավունքները, որոնք բնորոշ են ազատ և անկախ հասարակությանը:

ԱՅՆՈՒՀԵՏԵՎ ՈՐՈՇԵԼ Է, որ Խորհուրդը կոչ է անում ԱՄՆ Նախագահին և Կոնգրեսին սատարել միջազգային հանրության ջանքերին՝ ուղղված ռազմավարական կարևորություն ունեցող Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության հարցերի արդար և երկարատև լուծմանը:

ԱՅՆՈՒՀԵՏԵՎ ՈՐՈՇԵԼ Է, որ սույն Բանաձևի պատճեները կփոխանցվեն Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահին, ԱՄՆ Սենատի Նախագահին, Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի Խոսնակին և Միացյալ Նահանգների Կոնգրեսում Հավայիի պատվիրակության յուրաքանչյուր անդամին»։
