Արցախի ԱԺ լիագումար նիստում ներկաները հարգել են ապրիլին զոհված զինվորների ու քաղաքացիների հիշատակը

Ստեփանակերտում ապրիլի 21-ին տեղի է ունեցել 6-րդ գումարման ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի հերթական լիագումար նիստը: Նիստի մեկնարկին խորհրդարանի ղեկավարի առաջարկությամբ ներկաները մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել են ապրիլին զոհված բոլոր քաջազունների և խաղաղ բնակիչների հիշատակը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
«Խորը կսկիծով ենք ընդունել Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զինծառայողների զոհվելու և քաղաքացիական անձանց սպանվելու լուրերը: Հայրենիք ազատագրած մարտիկների զավակները կասկածի նշույլ չթողեցին երկրի անկախությունն ու ազատությունը կյանքի գնով պաշտպանելու իրենց վճռականության մեջ»,- նշել է Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը:
Այնուհետև Աշոտ Ղուլյանն անդրադարձել է մարտ-ապրիլ ամիսներին խորհրդարանի կատարած աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև միջազգային խորհրդարանական հարթակներում ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության աննախադեպ սրացման հետ կապված քննարկումներին:
Անցնելով օրակարգային հարցերին խորհրդարանը քննարկել և ընդունել է «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մասին» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» և «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքները:
Խորհրդարանում ներկայացվել է ԼՂՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի 2015թ. գործունեության և երկրում մարդու իրավունքների ու հիմնարար ազատությունների խախտումների վերաբերյալ զեկույցը:
Համաձայն կանոնակարգի, տեղի է ունեցել նաև օրենսդիր-գործադիր հարցուպատասխանի ընթացակարգ, որին ներկա էին կառավարության անդամները՝ վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Խորհրդարանականների կողմից առաջադրվել են հանրապետության արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, տնտեսությանը, ապրիլյան ագրեսիայից հետո տուժած ընտանիքների սոցիալական ապահովմանն ու նախատեսվող փոխհատուցմանը վերաբերող հարցեր, որոնց տրվել են համապատասխան պարզաբանումներ:
