«Տրամսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը իր օգնական Աշխեն Մկրտչյանի հետ փետրվարի 22-ին 4 օրով մեկնել է Բարսելոնա։ Երևան-Մոսկվա֊Բարսելոնա-Մոսկվա-Երևան 2 ավիատոմսի համար ՏԿ նախարարությունը վճարել է 1.320.000 դրամ։

Մինչդեռ եթե վաղը հետադարձով Բարսելոնայի 4-օրյա ուղևորության էկոնոմ դասի տոմս գնենք, այն կարժենա 413-468 եվրո կամ 230-250 հազար դրամ։ Գրեթե նույն գներն են նաև տուրիստական ամենաթեժ օրերին։ Հիշեցնենք, կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նախարարներին խիստ զգուշացրել էր պետական գումարները չվատնել և գնել միայն էկոնոմ դասի տոմսեր։ Վաղվա համար բիզնես դասի տոմսը արժի 720-1220 եվրո կամ 400-665 հազար դրամ։ Այսինքն, Բեգլարյանի գնած տոմսի գինը համապատասխանում է բիզնես դասի արժեքին, մինչդեռ կառավարության կայքում նշված Է, որ գնվել Է Էկոնոմ դասի ավիատոմս։ ՏԿՆ-ի պարզաբանումը ցնցող Էր. «Գնումների մասին օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով, ավիատոմսերը ձեռք բերելու համար հայտարարվում Է մրցույթ և հաղթող Է ճանաչվում ամենացածր առաջարկ ներկայացրած մասնակիցը։ Ձեր նշած գումարի չափը ևս ձևավոովել Է մրցույթի արդյունքում»։ Այսինքն նախարարությունն այս հարցում 2 անգամ խաբում է: Բեգլարյանն ընտրել Է ոչ թե Էժան, այլ ամենաթանկ տոմսերը, և տոմսերը գնելու համար մրցույթ չի հայտարարվել։ Կառավարության կայքի համաձայն այն ձեռք Է բերվել «մեկ անձից կատարվող գնումներ» տարբերակով»,–գրում է թերթը։
