«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Երկու շաբաթ է անցել Երեւանի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատարանից «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում գործող հանցավոր խմբավորման պարագլուխ Սպարտակ Դանիելյանի փախուստից, սակայն ոստիկանությունը մինչեւ հիմա չի հայտնաբերել նրան:
«Ժողովուրդին» Սպարտակ Դանիելյանի փախուստից որոշ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով՝ նա փախուստի է դիմել հետնամուտքով, իսկ սենյակի մուտքի մոտ, որտեղ գտնվել է նա, որեւէ մեկը չի հսկել եւ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Սպարտակը՝ տեսնելով, որ դռան մոտ որեւէ մեկը չի հսկում, ճողոպրել է:
Ըստ էության, տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը մի լավ դաս է եղել Կենտրոնի դատարանի նախագահի եւ կարգադրիչների ղեկավարության համար, քանի որ մեզ տեղեկություններ հասան, որ դեպքից անմիջապես հետո դատարանի ղեկավարությունը որոշել է կալանավորվածների համար սահմանված սենյակի մուտքի մոտ, բացի ոստիկաններից, հսկողություն սահմանեն նաեւ դատարանի կարգադրիչները:
Ի դեպ, նկատենք, որ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի գործով դատական կարգադրիչներն իրենց մեղավոր չեն ճանաչում՝ ըստ էության, մեղքը գցելով ոստիկանների վրա: Նրանք նշում են, թե սենյակը, որտեղ պահում են կալանավորներին, հսկողություն են իրականացնում ոստիկանները»:
