«Ռուս-հայկական համագործակցություն» կազմակերպության նախագահը ելույթ է ունեցել միջազգային ֆորումում

Սոչիում ապրիլի 19-20-ին տեղի ունեցավ «Քաղաքացիական հասարակության և ժողովրդական դիվանագիտության դերը Շանհայան համագործակցության կազմակերպության հետագա զարգացման և ընդլայնման գործում» առաջին միջազգային ֆորումը, որին մասնակցում էին դիվանագետներ, քաղաքական գործիչներ, քաղաքագետներ և գործարարներ 26 երկրներից, այդ թվում` Հայաստանից և ԼՂՀ-ից: Այն  կամակերպել էին ՌԴ Հանրային խորհուրդը և ԱՊՀ երկր ների ինստիտուտը:

Ֆորումի բացմանը ելույթներով հանդես են եկել ՌԴ նախագահի խորհրդական Սերգեյ Գլազևը, ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Իգոր Մորգուլովը, ՌԴ Հանրային խորհրդի անդամ, ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը և ուրիշներ:

Ֆորումում «Հայաստանը և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության միավորումները» զեկուցումով հանդես է եկել «Ռուս-հայկական համագործակցություն» կազմակերպության նախագահ Յուրի Նավոյանը:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ միջազգային կազմակերպություններում Հայաստանի քաղաքականությունը հիմնված է հնարավոր ընդգրկվածության խորացման և փոխլրացման դրույթների վրա: Հայաստանը հանդես է գալիս տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների միջև երկխոսության զարգացման և դրանց ներուժի համադրման օգտին, պատրաստակամ է ընդգրկվել համատեղ խոշոր տնտեսական ծրագրերում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Ռուս-հայկական համագործակցություն» կազմակերպությունից:

Զեկուցողը կարևոր է համարել նաև հակամարտությունների կանխարգելման և դրանց խաղաղ կարգավորման համար տարածաշրջանային կազմակերպությունների ջանքերի համատեղումը:

Անդրադառնալով օրերս Շանհայան համագործակցության կազմակերպությունում Հայաստանի ստացած երկխոսության գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակին, Յուրի Նավոյանը նշել է, որ այն կնպաստի կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների հետ բազմակողմ հարաբերությունների խորացմանը, վստահության և փոխընբռնմման ամրապնդմանը: Կարևոր է, որ այդ երկխոսությունը ընթանում է ոչ միայն միջկառավարական, այլ նաև հասարակական դիվանագիտության մակարդակով:   

Սոչիի միջազգային ֆորումը երկօրյա քննարկումների արդյունքում ընդունել է հռչակագիր, որոշվել է ֆորումը մնայուն դարձնել:

Ապրիլի 16-ին Շանհայան համագործակցության կազմակերպությունում  Հայաստանի` երկխոսության գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակի ստանալուց հետո սա հայ պատվիրակների առաջին մասնակցությունն էր կազմակերպության գործունեությանը վերաբերող միջազգային ֆորումի:
