Գյումրիում կշարունակվի Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը

Գյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում ապրիլի 22-ին կշարունակվի Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը: Այս նիստի ընթացքում, դատարանը կշարունակի լսել Վալերի Պերմյակովի նախաքննական ցուցմունքները: Նշենք, որ անցած նիստի ժամանակ Պերմյակովը հրաժարվեց ցուցմունքներ տալ, և դատարանը որոշեց լսել Վալերի Պերմյակովի նախաքննական ցուցմունքները: Դատարանի դահլիճում ընթերցվում են ոչ միայն հարցաքննությունների արձանագրությունները, այլ նաև հրապարակվում տեսաձայնագրությունները: Արձանագրություններից ու տեսաձայանգրություններից բացի դատարնն ունի և, հավանաբար, այս նիստին կհրապարակի նաև փորձաքննության տեսաձայնագրությունը, որտեղ Վալերի Պերմյակովը ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է իրականացրել հանցագործությունը:
Հրապարակված առաջին հարցաքննության համաձայն` Պերմյակովը մտել է Ավետիսյանների տուն հագուստի ու գումարի համար, ջուր խմել ու, երբ ցանկացել է գնալ, արթնացել է աղջիկը, վերցրել հեռախոսն ու սպառնացել զանգահարել ոստիկանություն: «Ես էլ« վախենալով, որ կզանգահարի, կրակեցի: Հետո ամեն ինչ ինքնաբերաբար ստացվեց»,-նշված է եղել ցուցմունքում: Քննիչի այն հարցին, թե քանի մարդու ես կրակել` Պերմյակովն ասել է. «Վեցին, իսկ փոքրին սվին դանակով եմ հարվածել»: Հարցին, թե ինչ մտադրությամբ, պատասխանը եղել է. «Ոչ մի, ուղղակի ինքնաբերաբար ստացվեց» ;: Դատարանի դահլիճում հնչել են ինչպես որպես կասկածյալ հարցաքննական ցուցմունքները« այնպես էլ որպես մեղադրյալ: Նշվել է, որ Պերմյակովը Չիտայում ծառայության ընթացքում 8 անգամ լքել է զորամասը« իսկ Գյումրիում զորամասը լքելու պատճառը Չիտա վերադառնալն է եղել: Ավետիսյանների տունն ընտրել է պատահաբար: Այն հարցին« թե զղջո՞ւմ է արածի համար« պատասծանել է` այո:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան՝ ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում. նրանցմահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող- ծակողգործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել ենհայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եÖ ‚ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համար օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
