Հայ դիվանագետը նա է, ում շնորհիվ ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտղարը չի գնում Բաքու, իսկ Հռոմի Պապը գալիս է Երևան։ Հայ դիվանագետը նա է, ով չի թողնում Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափը դառնա ՄԱԿ ամբիոնի, կամ Իսլամական Կոնֆերանսի ձևաչափ, որտեղ հետևանքները՝ մեղմ ասած կանխատեսելի ու ոչ հայանպաստ են։ Հայ դիվանագետը նա է, ում աշխատանքի ընթացքում Չինաստանը երբեք զենք չի վաճառում Ադրբեջանին, բայց վաճառում է մեզ։ Հայ դիվանագետը նա է, ում ընդունող երկրի ղեկավարությունը պահի ազդեցության ներքո Վեհափառ Հայրապետից ավելի Առաքելական է դառնում։
