Իշխանություններն այլընտրանքային տարբերակ են առաջարկում ընտրություններից հետո ստորագրված ընտրացուցակները հրապարակելու ընդդիմության պահանջին: Ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ ստորագրված ընտրական ցուցակները չեն կարող հրապարակվել, քանի որ այդպիսին է Վ ենետիկի հանձնաժողովի պահանջը, որը դա համարում է ընտրության գաղտնիության սկզբունքի խախտում: «Սակայն մենք ընտրել ենք մի տարբերակ, որը, մեր կարծիքով, փարատելու է բոլոր այն մտահոգությունները, որ ունեն մեր ընդդիմադիր գործընկերները: Մենք առաջարկում ենք գրանցման էլեկտրոնային սարքից տպել այն ընտրողների համարները, որոնք գրանցվել և մասնակցել են ընտրություններին տվյալ տեղամասում: Էլեկտրոնային սարքը տպում է այդ անձանց համարները: Մեր հաշվարկով տպվելու է մոտավորապես 1.5-2-մետրանոց ժապավեն, որը սոսնձվելու է A4 ֆորմատի թղթի վրա: Որևէ կնիք չի դր վելու այդ ժապավենի վրա, սակայն սա հնարավորություն է տալու միանշանակ իմանալ, որ, օրինակ, Դավիթ Հարությունյանը, մասնակցել է քվեարկությանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հարությունյանը:
Նա մանրամասնեց, որ ընտրողների ընտրական ցուցակները շատ հեշտ հնարավոր է ներբեռնել ինտերնետից, ապա, ունենալով քվեարկության մասնակցած ընտրողների համարների մասին տեղեկատվությունը, հնարավոր կլինի համադրել դրանք և հասկանալ, թե ովքեր են մասնակցել քվեարկությանը տվյալ տեղամասում: «Բոլոր այն անձինք, ովքեր իրավունք ունեն գտնվելու հանձնաժողովի նիստում, իրավունք են ունենալու լուսանկարել ընտրողների համարների ցանկը պարունակող ժապավենը, որը սոսնձվելու է A4 ֆորմատի թղթի վրա: Իսկ հանձնաժողովի նիստին գտնվելու իրավունք ունեն դիտորդները, հ անձնաժողովի անդամները, վստահված անձինք, լրագրողները, այցելուները: Նրանք կարող են լուսանկարել այս ցուցակները, որպեսզի տեղամասից դուրս գալուց հետո անմիջապես համադրեն այդ ցուցակն իրական պատկերի հետ»,- մանրամասնեց Հարությունյանը:
