Հայաստանում ընտրությունները կանցնեն էլեկտրոնային գրանցման և մատնահետք թողնելու եղանակով

Հայաստանում ընտրություններն այսուհետև կանցկացվեն էլեկտրոնային գրանցման եղանակով: Ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կառավարությանաշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը:«Քաղաքացին փաստաթուղթը տեղադրում է սարքում, որից հետո սարքը սկսում է որոնել այդ անձին իր ցուցակում: Եթե սարքն այդ անձին հայտնաբերեց, ապա կատարում է երկրորդ գործողությունը` արդյո՞ք այդ անձը մինչ այդ պահը մտել է ընտրական տեղամաս այլ փաստաթղթով կամ նույնով: Եթե առաջին հարցի պատասխանը «այո» է, որ անձը առկա է ցուցակում, իսկ երկրորդ հարցի պատասխանը «ոչ» է, սարքը պահանջում է , որ նա թողնի իր մատնահետքը: Այն հիշվում է նույն ցուցակում, որից հետո սարքը տպում է քվեարկության կտրոն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ մանրամասնեց Դավիթ Հարությունյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` կտրոնը պետք է պարունակի ոչ միայն ընտրողի անունը ազգանունը և հայրանունը, այլ նաև նրա հերթական համարը ցուցակում: «Կտրոնը պարունակելու է նաև հերթական համարը, թե տվյալ տեղամասում որերորդ ընտրողն է, որ մասնակցել է քվեարկության: Եթե թվային շտեմարանում առկա է իր լուսանկարը, պետք է տպվի այդ կտրոնի վրա: Այդ ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը տպվում է ու այն համարվում է հատուկ հաշվառման փաստաթուղթ»,-ընդգծեց Հարությունյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ կտրոնի հիման վրա զուգահեռաբար նշումներ են կատարվելու թղթային մատյանում, որպեսզի սարքի խափանման դեպքում նույն ընտրողները երկրորդ անգամ տեղամաս մտնելու ու քվեարկելու հնարավորություն չունենան:
