Ադրբեջանը պետք է «խելքը գլուխը հավաքի». Շավարշ Քոչարյան

Հայաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը կոչ է անում Ադրբեջանին «խելքը գլուխը հավաքել» և չտրվել սպառազինությունների մրցավազքին: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Քոչարյանը, անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հայտարարությանը, որով վերջինս Հայաստանին մեղադրում է սպառազինության մրցաված քի մեջ՝ շահարկելով ՌԴ-ից 200 մլն դոլար վարկ ներգրավելու փաստը, նշեց, որ իրականում հայկական կողմի նպատակը միշտ եղել է սպառազինության բալանսի պահպանումը, ինչը և արվում է:
Լրագրողին հարցին՝ հնարավոր է հայկական կողմից այս քայլը Ադրբեջանի համար դառնա նոր զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու պատրվակ՝ Քոչարյանն ասաց. «Ադրբեջանը միշտ էլ կարող է զենք գնել, ու ցանկացած շուկայից: Վերջիվերջո մենք պետք է գիտակցենք մի հանգամանք, որ Ադրբեջանի համար այդ հնարավորությունը գալիս է օդից, իսկ եթե ավելի ճիշտ արտահայտվենք, գետնի տակից դուրս ընկնող նավթադոլարներով: Ադրբեջանն ավելի խելամիտ ձև չի գտել, քան մտնել սպառազինությունների մրցավազքի մեջ, որն անհեռանկարային է: Վերջիվերջո, այսօրվա հարաբերակցությունը շատ ավելի բարենպաստ է հայկական կողմերի համար՝ ի տարբերություն 90-ականների սկզբների, այն ժամանակ, երբ Ադրբեջանն ամեն անգամ փորձում էր հարձակում ձեռնարկել և կրում նորանոր պարտություններ: Այդ տեսակետից, Ադրբեջանը պետք է «խելքը գլուխը հավաքի»»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Քոչարյանը:
ՀՀ փոխարտգործնախարարի դիտարկմամբ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունն Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն օգտագործում են իրենց ռեժիմը պահպանելու համար, որովհետև նրանք այլ բան չեն գտել շեղելու իրենց քաղաքացիների ուշադրությունը ներքին խնդիրներից և համախմբելու հասարակությանը: Քոչարյանի կարծիքով՝ այդ հակամարտության, լարվածության պահպանումն անհրաժեշտ է Ալիևի ռեժիմին միայն մեկ բանի համար՝ Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդի մոտ ստեղծել պատկեր, ըստ որի՝ կա արտաքին թշնամի, և դրանով իսկ իշխանություններին քննադատողներին հայտարարել Հայաստանի գործակալ, նրան ց նկատմամբ վարել դատական գործընթացներ:
Անդրադառնակով Բաքվում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի փակմանը՝ փոխարտգործնախարարը նկատեց, որ Ադրբեջանն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի իր երկրում չլինեն գրասենյակներ, որոնք հետապնդում են ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության խնդիրներ: «Freedom House-ի գնահատականներով՝ Ադրբեջանն արդեն համարվում է կայացած ավտորիտարիզմով երկիր: Բոլորը տեսնում են, թե ինչ քննադատությունների է ենթարկվում Ադրբեջանը տարբեր միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների, պետությունների կողմից: Սա այն գործընթացն է, որն անխուսափելի էր»,- նշեց Քոչարյանը :
