Բաքվում փոխհրաձգության ժամանակ գնդակը դիպել է ԱՄՆ-ի փոխդեսպանի ավտոմեքենային

Անցած գիշեր Բաքվի Բադամդար ավանում գտնվող «Բուլաղ» ռեստորանում տեղի ունեցած փոխհրաձգության ժամանակ գնդակը դիպել է Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ-ի փոխդեսպան Դերեք Հոգանի ավտոմեքենային:

Դերեք Հոգանն այցելության էր եկել ռեստորանից քիչ հեռու գտնվող ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանի տուն: Նրա վարորդը Chevrolet ավտոմեքենան կայանել էր ռեստորանի դիմաց: Փոխհրաձգության ժամանակ վարորդը գտնվել է ավտոմեքենայի մեջ, սակայն չի տուժել:
Կայքը հայտնում է, որ ռեստորանի ղեկավարությունը Բաքվի Սաբայիլի շրջանի ոստիկանությունից թաքցրել էր փոխհրաձգություն տեղի ունենալու փաստը:
Բաքվի ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունը միջադեպի մասին տեղեկացել է Նարիմանովի ոստիկանությունից, որին հայտնել էր ինքը` Դերեք Հոգանը:
Դրանից հետո միջադեպի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները պարզել են, որ փոխհրաձգությունը «փողային հաշիվ» մաքրելու հետեւանքով է տեղի ունեցել, ինչի արդյունքում երկու մարդ վիրավորվել է եւ տարվել Բաքվի կլինիկական բժշկական կենտրոն: Պարզվել է տուժողները Աստարայի 36-ամյա բնակիչ Ֆարիդ Աքբերովն ու Բաքվի 30-ամյա բնակիչ Սուլեյման Աբդուլլաեւն են: Ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել է Սամիր անունով անձի, որը կասկածվում է զինված հարձակման մեջ:
