Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում քննվող քրեական գործով ամբաստանյալ Սպարտակ Դ.-ն կալանքի տակ է գտնվել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում, սակայն 2016թ. ապրիլի 5-ին՝ ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում, դատական նիստից հետո, գտնվելով հիշյալ դատարանի կալանավորներին պահելու համար նախատեսված խցում, ձեռնաշղթայով փակված ճաղավանդակը չպարզված ե ղանակով բացելու միջոցով դուրս է եկել դատարանի շենքից և դիմել փախուստի:Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 355-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, Սպարտակ Դ.-ն ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ, և վերջինիս նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Այնուհետև հիշյալ քրեական գործի նյութերով հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից առերևույթ պաշտոնեական անփութություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 315-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որն ընդունվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
