«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ Հրազդան քաղաքի «Սիրո կայարան» ռեստորանում Արամ Դանիելյանը մեծ շուքով նշում էր իր հաղթանակը: Հրավիրված էր ողջ «թիմը»՝ քաղաքապետարանի բաժնի ու շտաբի պետեր, ընտրությունների օրը ջանք ու եռանդ չխնայած անձինք: Մեզ ասացին, որ հաղթանակը ՀՀԿ վերնախավի հետ էլ առանձին է նշվելու։ Բայց երեկ ոչ բոլոր բաժնի պետերն էին հրավիրվել ուտուշ-խմուշին:
Նախընտրական վերջին օրը քաղաքապետի մրցակցի հանրահավաքում ելույթ ունեցած կրթության, մշակույթի եւ երիտասարդության բաժնի պետ Անահիտ Նազարյանը ոչ միայն չէր հրավիրվել, այլեւ հայտնվել է «սեւ ցուցակում»։ Նա իր ելույթում ներկայացրել էր քաղաքապետարանում տիրող գաղջ մթնոլորտը, մանկապարտեզների, երաժշտական դպրոցների անմխիթար վիճակը։ Ասել էր, որ քաղաքապետարանը ղեկավարում է ոչ թե Արամ Դանիելյանը, այլ ինչ-որ կանայք, իսկ քաղաքապետի խորհրդակցություններում հաճախ են հնչում սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ։
Ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների, այդ ելույթի ժամանակ քաղաքապետի ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է: Այժմ նա հրահանգել է քաղաքապետարանի բոլոր աշխատողներին չբարեւել-չխոսել բաժնի պետ Անահիտ Նազարյանի հետ»:
