Կարենին սպանողն էլ հոգեկան խնդիր ունի՞. նոր մանրամասներ գործից.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հասարակական գործիչ Կարեն Վարդանյանի սպանության գործով կալանավորված Արթուր Մհրանյանին նախօրեին տեղափոխել են Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժանար:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 1-ին իրավապահները Երեւանի Սիսակյան փողոցում գտնվող ավտոտնակի մեջ հայտնաբերել էին հասարակական գործիչ Կարեն Վարդանյանի թաղած դին: Հաջորդ օրը ՀՀ ոստիկանները սպանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով բերման էին ենթարկել Երեւանի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Գեւորգ Զոհրաբյանին եւ 43-ամյա Արթուր Միհրանյանին:
«Ժողովուրդի» տեղեկություններում նրանք արդեն միմյանց դեմ ցուցմունքներ են տվել: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Գեւորգը, որն առավել մտերիմ է եղել սպանված Կարենի հետ, իրավապահներին հայտնել է, թե ինքն իր կյանքում մարդու վիրավորած չկա եւ չի սպանել, իսկ ահա Արթուր Միհրանյանն էլ պնդել է, թե իրենք երկուսով են հասարակական գործչին սպանել: Բայց նա իրավապահների մոտ այնպիսի վարքով է հանդես եկել, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել դատարան, որպեսզի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն նշանակվի եւ պարզվի՝ արդյոք Արթուր Միհրանյանն առողջական խնդիրներ ունի, թե ոչ: Դատարանն էլ բավարարել է քննիչի միջնորդությունը, եւ Վարդանյանի սպանության մեջ կասկածվող Արթուր Միհրանյանին տեղափոխել են Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարան:
Նկատենք, որ այս դեպքն արդեն 3-րդ քրեական գործն է, որի շրջանակում բախվում ենք հոգեկան խնդիր ունեցող անձանց հետ: Ինչպես գիտեք՝ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի տան ուղղությամբ նռնակ նետող Հովհաննես Մուրադյանը եւս հոգեկան խնդիր ունի: ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գուրգեն Արսենյանի օգնականին դանակահարած Անդրանիկ Գաբրիելյանի հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունենալու մասով եւս փորձաքննություն է նշանակվել»:
