Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը Ֆեյսբույքան իր էջում գրում է.
Հետաքրքրական է, որ 2011 թվականին, երբ թվում էր, թե կողմերն այդքան մոտ էին Կազանում ընդհանուր սկզբունքների վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի ընդունմանը, դրա շուրջ աղմուկն այդքան մեծ չէր:
Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանը ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հայտարարում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ապրիլյան գործողությունները, «բանակցային գործընթացը մղեցին բավականին հեռու մի կողմ», այսինքն՝ կողմերն այս պահին, Ադրբեջանի պատճառով, հեռացել են ընդհանուր սկզբունքների շուրջ համաձայնության հասնելու թեկուզև տեսական հնարավորություններից, կարծես թե, արհեստականորեն ինչ-որ ընդհանուր աղմուկ է բարձրացել:
Իհարկե դրա պատճառներից մեկը (առավել օբյեկտիվ)՝ ապրիլյան իրադարձությունների հետևանքով ստեղծված էմոցիոնալ ֆոնն է, սակայն սրան զուգահեռ ավելացել են նաև տարբեր շրջանակներից դաշտ նետվող «ուտկաների» հիմա վրա վերլուծություն-մեկնաբանությունները, որոնք ավելի շատ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ծագում ունեն:
Փորձ է արվում ներկայացվել, որ Կազանյան փաստաթուղթն այն նույն փաստաթուղթն է, ինչ 90-ականներին շրջանառվում էր փուլային տարբերակի շրջանակներում, որը պայմանական ասած, ստացել է պարտվողական որակումը:
Հասկանալի պատճառներով, վերջին տասնամյակում շրջանառվող-բանակցվող փաստաթղթերը հանրության լայն զանգվածներին հասանելի չեն, սակայն մի բան ակնհայտ է. եթե դրանք նույն փաստաթուղթն են, ապա ինչո՞ւ 90-ականներին Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ էր դա ստորագրել, իսկ Կազանում (2011-ին)՝ ոչ: Ադրբեջանի առաջարկած՝ մոտ մեկ տասնյակ փոփոխությունները որոշակի մեսիջներ են պարունակում փաստաթղթի բովանդակության մասին:
