Ավարտվեց ԵԽԽՎ գարնանային նստաշրջանը: Քաղաքագետ Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ում մեր բոլոր քայլերն իրականացվել են մեծ բացթողումներով: Ըստ նրա՝ դրա վառ վկայությունն է ԵԽԽՎ-ում ձևավորված այսօրվա մթնոլորտը, այնտեղ արծարծվող տերմինները, շրջանառվող զեկույցներն ու փաստաթղթերը:
Պարոն Մեհրաբյանի խոսքով՝ շատ դժվար է նույն կազմով և ոգով գնալ առաջ: «Հայաստանն այնտեղ ընկալվում է որպես եվրոպական արժեքներին բացահայտորեն և հրապարակայնորեն դեմ արտահայտված կցորդ: Հայաստանի բողոքներն անգամ կարող են նյարդայնացնել եվրոպական կառույցներին»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ իսկ Ադրբեջանին ինչպե՞ս են ընկալում, պարոն Մեհրաբյանը պատասխանեց. «Հստակ է, որ դա դիկտատուրա է: Լսեցինք Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահի՝ Ադրբեջանին ուղղված ռեպլիկը՝ դադարե՛ք կրակել: Տեսաք, որ ռուսները ունեն իրենց շահն այս գործընթացներում, Լավրովը դրա համար էր ժամանել այստեղ: Ռուսաստանն ակտիվանում է, որպեսզի Արևմուտքը չակտիվանա: Հայկական արյան վրա մարդիկ փորձում են շահեր առաջ տանել»:
Մեհրաբյանից փորձեցինք ճշտել, թե ի՞նչ կարող էին անել մեր խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության ներկայացուցիչները: Մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց. «Նրանք կարող են գործել Հայաստանում քաղաքական որոշումներ ընդունողների ընդունած որոշումների շրջանակներում»:
