ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր այցելել է Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գտնվող «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի կազմում ընդգրկված «Կասկադ» հոլդինգ՝ ներկա գտնվել հոլդինգի կողմից Հայաստանում շահագործման հանձնվող նոր արտադրական հզորությունների գործարկմանը՝ բարձրակարգ էլեկտրատեխնիկական սարքավորումների արտադրությանը: Հանրապետության Նախագահին այստեղ ներկայացրե լ են նաև «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների ընթացքը և ակնկալվող արդյունքները, ՀԷՑ-ի 2016-20թթ. զարգացման ծրագիրը, որի կարևոր ուղղություններից են էլեկտրական ցանցերի վերակառուցումը և սարքավորումների փոխարինումը, կառավարման ավտոմատացված համակարգի և կառավարման միջազգային չափանիշների ներդրումը: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սերժ Սարգսյանը «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության նոր սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի, ընկերության ղեկավարության, ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Լևոն Յոլյանի, Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանի մասնակցությամբ տեղում խորհրդակցություն է ա նցկացրել ներկայացված ծրագրի և դրանով նախատեսված նոր արտադրության զարգացման հարցերի վերաբերյալ:

Ժամանակակից արտոնագրված էլեկտրասարքավորումներ արտադրող ձեռնարկությունների գործարկմամբ, ըստ պատասխանատուների, մեկնարկում է ՀԷՑ-ի հակաճգնաժամային ծրագրի առաջին փուլը, որի նպատակն է բաշխիչ ցանցերի սարքավորումների փուլային արդիականացումը, ընկերության ֆինանսական գործունեության օպտիմալացումը և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի ֆինանսա-տնտեսական գործունեության վերահսկողության ամրապնդումը: Նախագծի ներդրումների ընդհանուր արժեքը 20 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար է: Ծրագրի համաձայն, առաջիկայում կստեղծվի 5 00 նոր աշխատատեղ: Երկու ձեռնարկությունների շահագործմամբ սկիզբ է դրվում էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշվիչների արտադրությանը, ինչպես նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի առևտրային հաշվառման ավտոմատ համակարգերի համար արկղերի արտադրությանը: Վերջինս ոլորտում առաջատար ռուսական «Համակարգեր և տեխնոլոգիաներ» ընկերությունների խմբի հետ համատեղ նախագիծ է: Նոր ինովացիոն սարքավորումները, մասնագետների հավաստմամբ, ոչ միայն թույլ են տալիս կառավարել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառումը, այլ նաև ապահովել տեղեկատվության հավաքագրման ավտոմատացումը, էապես բարձրացնել էլեկտրաէնրգիայի սպառման չափումների ճշգրտությունը և հնարավորինս բացառել տեխնիկական անկատարության պատճառով առաջացած էլեկտրաէներգիայի գողության ու կորուստների հնարավորությունը:
