Ռուանդայի ցեղասպանության ականատեսը պահանջում է արդարության վերականգնում

Ռուանդայում 1994թ. թութսիների նկատմամբ իրականացված ցեղասպանության ականատես Կաբանդա Ալոյսն արդարություն և հատուցում է պահանջում, որպեսզի նման ոճրագործություններն այլևս չկրկնվեն: «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» երկրորդ գլոբալ ֆորումի ընթացքում Ալոյսը նշեց, որ ականատես է եղել 1994թ. Ռունդայում թու թսիների նկատմամբ ցեղասպանությանը, որի շրջանակներում 100 օրվա ընթացքում միլիոնավոր թութսիներ են սպանվել: «Այդ 100 օրվա մեջ միջազգային հանրությունը որևէ կերպ չէր հակազդում այն վայրագություններին, որոնք տեղի էին ունենում այդ օրերին Ռուանդայում: Հիմա այդ ցեղասպանությունը վերապրածները ցանկանում են, որպեսզի վերականգնվի արդարությունը, իսկ իրենք հնարավորություն ունենան շարունակելու իրենց խաղաղ գոյակցությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ նշեց Կաբանդա Ալոյսը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ներկայումս թութսի ժողովուրդը երաշխիքներ չունի, որ կարող է կյանքը շարունակել խաղաղ պայմաններում: «Ժխտողականությունը մեզ որևէ կերպ չի կարող օգնել: Մենք չենք կարող խաղաղ ապրել ժխտողականության պայմաններում, բայց մեզ համար կարևոր է հասնել խաղաղ գոյակցության: Մենք պետք է շարունակենք ապրել՝ դասեր քաղելով անցյալից: Հարկավոր է պատժել ցեղասպանության իրականացման բոլոր մեղավորներին և փոխհատուցել այն վնասները, որ կրել է մեր ժողովուրդը ցեղասպանության հետևանքով: Միայն այս դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի հետագայում կանխել նման ոճիրները,- եզրափակեց Ալոյսը:
Կաբանդա Ալոյսը ծնվել է 1949-ին Մույումբուում, Ռուանդա: Այժմ Ալոյսն Իբուկա հիշողության և արդարության ասոցիացիայիադմինիստրատորն է, ինչպես նաև 1994թ. Ռուանդայում թութսիների ցեղասպանության հարյուր օրվան նվիրված ցուցահանդեսիհանձնակատարն ու փրոմոթերը։ Նա նաև լրագրող էԱֆրիկա Պրեսս-ում: Ալոյսը հեղինակ է Աֆրիկայի և 1994թ. Ռուանդայումթութսիների ցեղասպանությանը նվի րված բազմաթիվ հոդվածների:
