Հայերի նոր ցեղասպանություն մենք թույլ չենք տալու. ՀՀ Նախագահի ուղերձը

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուղերձ է հղել Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրվա կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասված է.
«Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ,
Այսօր մենք ոգեկոչում ենք Հայոց ցեղասպանության սուրբ նահատակների հիշատակը: Մեծ եղեռնից անցել է արդեն մեկ դարից ավելի: Ի՞նչ է փոխվել: Առաջինը՝ փոխվել ենք մենք: Մենք վերածնվել ենք որպես ազգ և որպես պետություն: Մենք ապացուցել ենք մեզ և աշխարհին, որ թուրքական ցեղասպանական ծրագրերը տապալվել են: Արդարության հաղթանակի համար մեր պայքարը շարունակվում է: Ի՞նչ չի փոխվել: Չեն փոխվել պաշտոնական Թուրքիայի ժխտողական կեցվածքը և թշնամական վերաբերմունքը հայկական ամեն ինչի հանդեպ: Սա հանցագործության ուղղակի շարունակությունն է արդեն մեր օրերում: ՄասամÕ ¢ փոխվել է թուրքական հասարակությունը: Այսօր նա իր պատմության մասին գիտի ավելին, քան գիտեր երեկ: Վաղը իմանալու է ավելին, քան գիտի այսօր, եթե իհարկե չխեղդեն ազատ խոսքն ու մամուլը, չգնդակահարեն և չձերբակալեն պատգամավորների, հասարակական գործիչների ու խմբագիրների: Ճշմարտությունը, թեև դանդաղ, բայց բացում է մարդկանց աչքերը:
Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ,
Այս օրերին դեռ չեն հանդարտվել հույզերն ու ապրումները, քննարկումներն ու վերլուծությունները` կապված ապրիլի 2-5-ը տեղի ունեցած պատերազմական գործողությունների հետ: Ադրբեջանը կրկին պատերազմ սկսեց Արցախի դեմ: Կրկին մեծ կորուստներ կրելով` հետ շպրտվեց: Ադրբեջանի իրական նպատակը կամ ավելի ճիշտ՝ երազանքը Արցախի գրավումն ու հայաթափումն է, ինչի արդյունքում Արցախի բնակչությունը մասամբ պետք է բնաջնջվի, մասամբ բռնագաղթի:
Այսօր` 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին, ես հայտարարում եմ ի լուր աշխարհի. հայերի բնաջնջում կամ բռնագաղթեցում Արցախում չի լինելու: Հայերի նոր ցեղասպանություն մենք թույլ չենք տալու: Մենք ասելով` նկատի ունեմ հայ ժողովրդին, նրա բոլոր հատվածներին, նկատի ունեմ հայոց միասնականությունը:
Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ,
Այսօր, գլուխ խոնարհելով մեր անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակի առջև, մենք արձանագրում ենք մեր ժողովրդի բացառիկ միասնականությունն ու կամքը՝ կառուցելու ազատ, խաղաղ ու ժամանակակից երկիր, համայն հայության հզոր հայրենիք, ուր վերադառնում են Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի և հրաշքով փրկվածների սերունդները»:
