Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից 101 տարի անց աշխարհը դեռ անելիք ունի. Հովիկ Աբրահամյան

Ամբողջ աշխարհի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմամբ միայն հնարավոր կլինի ապագայում կանխել նոր ցեղասպանությունների իրականացումը: Այս մասին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
«Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր արդար գործը, շարունակելու ենք պայքարել, և ես կարծում եմ, որ արդարությունը պետք է վերականգնվի և որքան շուտ, այնքան լավ: 101 տարի է անցել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից, և այստեղ ամբողջ աշխարհը նույնպես անելիք ունի: 20-րդ դարի առաջին Ցեղասպանությունն է, որը պետք է դատապարտվի համայն աշխարհի կողմից: Սա է միակ ճանապարհը` պայքարելու, որ նման ցեղասպանոություններ այլևս չկրկնվեն: Մենք, դատապարտելով և ոգեկոչելով զոհվածների հիշատակը, ապագայում պետք է կառուցենք մեր հայրենիքը, ինչպես նաև Արցախը` հայկական երկրորդ հանրապետությունը, և դա է միակ ճանապարհը ողջ աշխարհին ամեն օր, ամեն վայրկյան ապացուցելու, որ թուրքը ցեղասպան է, մարդասպան է: Գործընթացը կհամարվի ավարտված, երբ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունը և թուրք ժողովուրդն ընդունեն իրենց նախնիների կողմից իրականացված ցեղասպանությունը»,- նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետը:
Օսմանյան կառավարության կողմից իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանության փաստը հիմնավորվել է, ճանաչվել ու հաստատվել ականատեսների վկայություններով, օրեքներով, բանաձեւերով եւ բազմաթիվ նահանգների ու միջազգային կազմակերպությունների որոշումներով: 1915թ. Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայ բնակչության մասայական կոտորածները որպես նախապես ծրագրավորված ու ամբողջությամբ իրագործված ցեղասպանական ակտ որակող փաստաթղթերի ամբողջական շարքը հսկայական է: Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն ընդունել են այնպիսի կազմակերպություններ, ինչպիսիք են Եվրոպայի Խորհուրդը, Եվրախորհրդարանը, ՄԱԿ-ի մի քանի հանձնաժողովներ, Եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային միությունը, ՄԵՐԿՈՍՈւՐ-ի խորհրդարանը եւ այլն: Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչել են շատ պետություններ. առաջինը պաշտոնապես ընդունել է Ուրուգվայը 1965 թ-ին: Հայ ժողովրդի կոտորածը պաշտոնապես քննադատել եւ ճանաչել են որպես ցեղասպանություն` ըստ միջազգային իրավունքի, հետեւյալ երկրները` Ֆրանսիա, Իտալիա, Բելգիա, Նիդեռլանդներ, Շվեյցարիա, Շվեդիա, Ռուսաստան, Լեհաստան, Լիտվա, Հունաստան, Սլովակիա, Կիպրոս, Լիբանան, Ուրուգվայ, Արգենտինա (2 օրենք, 5 բանաձեւ), Վենեսուելա, Չիլի, Կանադա, Վատիկան, Ավստրալիա, Ավստրիա, Լյուքսեմբուրգ, նաև ԱՄՆ 44 նահանգներ:
