Սեյրան Օհանյանը բացառում է անգամ մի թիզ հող զիջելու հնարավորությունը

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն այս իրավիճակում բացառում է անգամ մի թիզ հող զիջելու հնարավորությունը: Հայոց ցեղասպանության հուշահամալիրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Սեյրան Օհանյանը նշեց, որ այս իրավիճակում մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք վստահության մթնոլորտ ստեղծելու համար: «Որևէ տարածք զիջելու մասին խոսք չկա: Ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը, արցախյան հարցը լուծելու համար նախ և առաջ անհրաժեշտ են համապատասխան պայմաններ, վստահության մթնոլորոտ: Եվ այս իրականության մեջ մի թիզ անգամ հող զիջելու մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող»,- նշեց Սեյրան Օհանյանը:
Հակամարտող կողմերի միջև առաջին հերթին երկխոսություն է պետք: Նրա խոսքով` երբ չկա այդ երկխոսությունը, հակամարտության կարգավորման մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող:
Անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բանակցություններին Արցախի մասնակցության վերաբերյալ հարցին, Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդգծեց, որ այս պահին հայաստանյան քաղաքական ներուժն աշխատում է այդ ուղղությամբ:
«Իսկ անձամբ իմ տեսակետը միշտ եղել է այն, որ Արցախը` որպես հակամարտության կողմ, պետք է մասնակցի բանակցություններին: Արցախը պետք է բանակցությունների անմիջական մասնակից լինի, հակառակ դեպքում հարցի լուծման վերջնական փուլում մենք պետք է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ղեկավարության հետ զրոյից սկսենք»,-հավելեց նա:
Նախարարը նաև նշեց, որ այն վայրագությունները, որոնք ադրբեջանցիները կատարել են Արցախում ապրիլի սկզբին, համապատասխանում են ցեղասպանության տարրերին` խոշտանգում, գլխատում: «Այս ամենը, ես որպես պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավար, դիտում եմ շարունակակություն, որի առաջը մենք պետք է առնենք մեր համախմբվածությամբ, մեր բանակի պատրաստվածությամբ: Փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ հայոց բանակի անձնակազմը հրամանատարները, զինվորները ուղղակի հերոսություն են ցուցաբերել` ապահովելով Արցախի անվտանգությունը: Մեր բանակն այսօր պատրաստ է ցանկացած հարձակման»,-աս աց Սեյրան Օհանյանը:
