Շատերը պատկերացում չունենա անգամ, որ իրենց ամենասիրելի մթերքներից մեկը՝ նրբերշիկը, պարունակում է անհավանական քանակությամբ վնասակար բաղադրիչներ:
Միայն հետխորհրդային երկրներում ամեն ամառ մարդիկ օգտագործում են 7 միլիարդ նրբերշիկ: Սակայն շատ քչերը գիտեն, թե որքան վնասակար է այն առողջության համար:
Ավանդական նրբերշիկները պատրաստվում են հավի, տավարի կամ խոզի մսից: Սակայն իրականում նրանց պատրաստման համար օգտագործվում են ոչ որակյալ միս, հիմնականում օգտագործվում է կենդանիների ոտքերը, մաշկն ու մարմնի մի շարք ոչ ախորժաբեր մասեր, որոնք հզոր մսաղացների շնոհիվ վերածվում են խյուսի: Իհարկե միայն այս ամենը չէ , որ օգտագործվում է նրբերշիկների պատրաստման համար: Այնտեղ ավելացվում է նաև մի շարք հավելումներ, որոնք ապահովում են համապատասխան համ, օրինակ օսլա, սոյա, նատրիումի գլուտամատ, աղ և այլն:
Եվ այն, որ մենք կարծում ենք, թե նրբերիշիկները իրարից տարբերվում են համային որակով, պայմանավորված ՝ ընդամենը հավելումների առկայությամբ և ոչ թե մսի որակով: Արդյունքում ստացվում է, որ նրբերշիկի հետ զուգահեռ մենք ուտում ենք նատրիումի գլուտամատ և նշված բոլոր հավելումները:
Վարդագույն երանգ ստանալու համար նրբերշիկների ու երշիկների մեջ ավելացնում են գունանյութեր, որոնք պատրաստված են որոշակի տեսակի մանր բզեզների թևերից, որոնք եփվում են ամոնիակի օգնությամբ:
Եվ սա միայն այն հավելումներն են, որոնք մենք գիտենք, իսկ մնացած մասը պիտակի վրա անգամ չի էլ նշվում:
Վերջերս կատարած հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ երշիկեղենը վնասակար է առողջության համար, քանի որ նրանք 67%-ով բարձրացնում են լյարդի քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը:
Երշիկեղենի արտադրության մեջ օգտագործվող վնասակար հավելումների մեջ հնարավոր է գտնել շատ վտանգավոր նիտրիտներ և նիտրատներ, որոնք հանդիսանում են ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի, երիկամների ու աղիների քաղցկեղի առաջացման հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը:
Քաղցկեղի ինստիտուտի գիտնականների կողմից կատարված հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ օրական ընդամենը 1 հատ նրբերշիկի օգտագործումը բարձրացնում է հաստաղիքի քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը 21%-ով:
