Ինչպես ազատվել ոտքերի ոսկրային կոշտուկներից

Tert.am-ը գրում է.

Որպեսզի կարողանաք ազատվել  ոտքերի ոսկրային կոշտուկներից, նախ պետք է մաքրեք օրգանիզմն աղային կուտակումներից:

Երեկոյան 300 մլ ջրի մեջ ավելացրեք 1 ճ/գ մանրացված դափնու տերև ու եփեք այն 5 րոպե, որից հետո, հեղուկը լցրեք թերմոսի մեջ ու թողեք այն սառչի: Քամեք ըմպելիքն ու խմեք այն փոքր կումերով, ողջ օրվա ընթացքում: Ըմպելիքը հարկավոր է խմել թարմ վիճակում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այն պետք է պատրաստեք ամեն երեկո: Ընդունեք ըմպելիքը 3 օր, ապա մեկ շաբաթ հետո նորից կրկնեք:

Այս բաղադրատոմսը շատ օգտակար է նաև լեղապարկի քարերից ազատվելու  դեպքում:

Որպեսզի կարողանաք ազատվել ոսկրային կոշտուկից պետք է 2 ամիս անցնեք նման բուժման կուրս:

Հարկավոր է պատրաստել հատուկ խառնուրդ.

Լցրեք 5 հատ խոշոր դափնու տերև 100 մլ 96%-ոց սպիրտի մեջ ու թողեք թրմվի մեկ շաբաթ, որից հետո այն քամեք:

1-ին հերթին շոգեհարեք ոտքերը՝ տաք ջրի մեջ(3 լ ջուր և 1 ճ/գ կերակրի սոդա), որից հետո կոշտուկի վրա քսեք այս խառնուրդից, հագեք գուլպաներն ու քնեք:

Գոյություն ունի ևս 1 բաղադրատոմս, որը ևս օգնում է ազատվել ոսկրային կոշտուկներից առաջացած ցավից: Այս բաղադրատոմսի հիմնական բաղադրիչներն են յոդն ու ասպիրինը:

Վերցրեք 10 մլ յոդ ու 5 հատ ասպիրինի հաբ ու այն մանրացրեք: Խառնեք այն այնքան, մինչև որ ասպիրինը կլուծվի յոդի մեջ ու կդառնա անգույն:

Այս միջոցը քսեք կոճերի, հոդերի  և ցանկացած տեսակի ոսկրային գերաճերի վրա և շատ շուտով կզգաք դրական ազդեցությունը:
