Նոր Հայաստանը՝ մեր քաղաքացիների եւ պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչների միջեւ խտրականության մասին

«Նոր Հայաստան» հանրային փրկության ճակատի շտաբն այսօր հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որում մատնանաշել է ոստիկանապետ Վովա Գասպարյանի՝ իր պաշտոնին անհարիր արտահայտություններ օգտագործելու փաստը:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ գրված էր հետեւյալը.
«Երեկ՝ ապրիլի 24-ին, «Նոր Հայաստան» հանրային փրկության ճակատի անդամ Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի, ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների եւ անձամբ ոստիկանապետ Վովա Գասպարյանի միջև տեղի է ունեցել միջադեպ Ցեղասպանության հուշարձանի տարածքում։ Գագիկ Եղիազարյանը հուշարձանից վերադառնալու ճանապարհին, տեսնելով, որ քաղաքացիական անձանց մի խումբ անարգել անցնում է դեպի Արզումանյան փողոց տանող ճանապարհով, որոշում է այդ երթուղով վերադառնալ, քանի որ նախապես իր մեքենան կայանված է լինում Արզումանյան փողոցում։ Սակայն անմիջապես հանդիպում է ոստիկանական արգելքի եւ, երբ պահանջում է ոստիկաններից չսահմանափակել տեղաշարժի իր իրավունքը, նրանք պատասխանում են, որ պետք է վերադառնա ժողովրդի համար հատկացված ճանապարհով։
Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի այն հարցին, թե ինչպես է այլ քաղաքացիների թույլատրվում անարգել վերադառնալ նշված ճանապարհով եւ, թե ինչու է խտրական վերաբերմունք դրսևորվում իր անձի նկատմամբ, ոստիկանները պատասխանել են, որ այդ ճանապարհով թույլ է տրվում անցնել միայն պատվիրակությունների ներկայացուցիչներին։ Այն պահին, երբ Գագիկ Եղիազարյանը կրկին հարցապնդում է արել, թե ինչու է անմիտ կերպով դժվարացվում ժողովրդի ճանապարհը եւ ինչու է խտրականություն դրսևորվում պատվիրակությունների ներկայացուցիչների եւ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների միջեւ, նրան է մոտեցել ոստիկանական աշխատակիցների շքախումբը՝ ոստիկանապետ Վովա Գասպարյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկանապետը Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի հետ խոսել է ոչ միայն սպառնալիքի լեզվով, այլ նաեւ բարոյականության սահմաններից դուրս արտահայտություններ է գործածել, որը հարիր չէ օրենքի եւ քաղաքացու իրավունքի ենթադրյալ պաշտպան ոստիկանին, առավել եւս՝ այդ կառույցի ղեկավարին»։
