Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ապրիլի 25-ին տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, անդրադառնալով ապրիլի սկզբին առաջնագծում զոհված և վիրավոր երևանաբնակ զինծառայողների ընտանիքների խնդիրներին, աշխատակազմի սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետին հանձնարարել է ուսումնասիրել տվյալ ընտանիքների առաջնային սոցիալական կարիքները և ներկայացնել դրանք՝ համապատասխան նպատակային աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով:

«Այս օրերին շատ է խոսվում առաջնագծում զոհված և վիրավոր մեր զինծառայողների ընտանիքների խնդիրների մասին, բայց քչերն են փորձում ուսումնասիրել նրանց առաջնային կարիքները: Այս առումով, նախ և առաջ հանգամանալից ուսումնասիրեք և գնահատեք երևանաբնակ այդ ընտանիքների առաջնային կարիքները, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա յուրաքանչյուրի մասով ցուցաբերել անհատական մոտեցում», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,Տարոն Մարգարյանը քաղաքապետի տեղակալներ Վահե Նիկոյանին և Արամ Սուքիասյանին էլ հանձնարարել է քննարկել Երևան քաղաքի 2016թ. հաստատված բյուջեի մշակութային միջոցառումների համար նախատեսված ֆինանսական միջոցների վերանայման հնարավորությունը:

«Կարող է որոշակի ֆինանսական աջակցության անհրաժեշտություն առաջանալ: Ու հաշվի առնելով, որ Երևան քաղաքի տարեկան ծրագիրն ու դրա ֆինանսական բաշխվածությունը նախօրոք սահմանված է, փորձենք վերանայել մասնավորապես մշակութային միջոցառումների համար նախատեսված բյուջետային միջոցները, որպեսզի անհրաժեշտության դեպքում սատար կանգնենք այդ ընտանիքներին», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Ֆինանսական միջոցների վերանայման շրջանակում քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է հաշվի առնել նաև ԼՂՀ կառավարության կողմից բացված հատուկ հաշվեհամարին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների կողմից համապատասխան դրամական փոխանցում կատարելու հնարավորությունը:

Աշխատակազմի անշարժ գույքի կառավարման վարչությանն էլ հանձնարարվել է ուսումնասիրել առաջնագծում զոհված երևանաբնակ զինծառայողների ընտանիքների բնակարանային պայմաններն ու քաղաքապետարանի առկա հնարավորությունների սահմանում ներկայացնել հնարավոր առաջարկներ:

Զոհված զինծառայողների հիշատակի հավերժացման նպատակով աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչությանն էլ հանձնարարվել է ուսումնասիրել և ներկայացնել այն դպրոցների ցանկը, որտեղ սովորել են մերօրյա հերոսները:

«Սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերից բացի, մենք ևս մեկ անելիք ունենք: Մեր զոհված տղաների ընտանիքների վիշտը ոչինչ չի կարող սփոփել, ցավը մեծ է, բայց և մեր պարտքն է վառ պահել մեր հերոսների հիշատակը: Նրանց հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու և սխրանքներն անմահացնելու համար այն դպրոցներում, որտեղ նրանք սովորել են, պետք է ստեղծվեն մերօրյա հերոսների անկյուններ», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
