Արլեմ Դեզիրը ՀՀ նախագահին է փոխանցել Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի ջերմ ողջույնները

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ապրիլի 25-ին ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ Եվրոպական հարցերով պետքարտուղար Արլեմ Դեզիրին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը՝ Հանրապետության Նախագահը նշել է, թե ջերմությամբ է հիշում 2015թ. հոկտեմբերին պարոն Դեզիրի հետ իր նախորդ հանդիպումը՝ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նախարարական համաժողովի շրջանակներում, որի ընթացքում հանգամանորեն քննարկվել են հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունների օրակարգը, Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն փոխգործակցության զարգացման հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև անդրադարձ է կատարվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին: Նախագահը ցավով է նշել, որ Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական կեցվածքի և դրա հետևանքների վերաբերյալ այն ժամանակվա իր կանխատեսումներն իրականացան. ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ագրեսիայի ժամանակ այդ երկրի զինվորականները բազմաթիվ հանցագործություններ կատարեցին՝ թիրախավորելով նաև քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերն ու խաղաղ բնակչությանը: Այդուհանդերձ, ԼՂ Պաշտպանության բանակը ոչ միայն դիմակայեց, այլև արժանի հակահարված հասցրեց հակառակորդին, սակայն Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է սադրանքներ հրահրել, և իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ լարված: Նախագահը հյուրի խնդրանքով իր տեսակետներն է ներկայացրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության շփման գծում ստեղծված իրավիճակի պատճառների ու դրդապատճառների, ինչպես նաև այդ իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ:
Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարարության Եվրոպական հարցերով պետքարտուղար Արլեմ Դեզիրը հանդիպման սկզբում նախ ՀՀ Նախագահին է փոխանցել Նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի ջերմ ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները և վերահաստատել բարեկամ Ֆրանսիայի, որ միաժամանակ հանդիսանում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկիր, դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի լուծման վերաբերյալ: Նա ընդգծել է, որ իր երկրում համոզված են, որ այս հակամարտությունը չի կարող լուծվել ռազմական ճանապարհով և շահագրգռված են ի նպաստ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցությունները վերսկսելու հա րցում:
Կողմերը համակարծիք են եղել, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում անհրաժեշտ է նախ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վերահսկողության մեխանիզմների շուտափույթ ներդրում և վստահության ամրապնդման միջոցների ձեռնարկում, որպեսզի կանխվեն ագրեսիվ միջամտությունները, և հնարավոր լինի բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ գտնել փոխընդունելի մոտեցումներ հարցի կարգավորման համար:
ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ֆրանսիացի համանախագահ Պիեռ Անդրիոյի մասնակցությունը իր գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում, ըստ պետքարտուղար Դեզիրի, ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է, որ Ֆրանսիան ջանք չի խնայում նպաստելու հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ և շուտափույթ կարգավորմանը:
