Սերժ Սարգսյան. Պատերազմը ամեն վայրկյան կարող է սկսվել

Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ապրիլի սկզբին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան համարումէ ոչ թե հրադադարի խախտում, այլ չորսօրյա պատերազմ։ Այդ մասին նա ասել է Bloomberg Գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում։
«Իրոք այդ չորս օրը ես չեմ համարում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտում, այլ համարում եմ չորսօրյա պատերազմ, որովհետեւ հրադադարի խախտում կարելի է համարել այն դեպքը, երբ կրակոցներ են հնչում մեկ կամ մի քանի հատ, երբ օգտագործվում են նախկինում կիրառված զենքերը եւ այլն: Բայց այս չորս օրվա ընթացքում կիրառվեցին շատ խոշորատրամաչափ եւ ավերիչ զենքեր, ինչպիսիք են «Սմերչը», «ТОС»-ը , իսրայելական «ЛОР»-ը, թուրքական խոշորաչափ, խոշորատրամաչափ զինատեսակներ եւ հրետանու բոլոր տեսակները՝ մինչեւ 152 մմ-անոց: Ի՞նչ խախտման մասին կարող է խոսք լինել, եթե գործողություններին մասնակցում էին մի քանի հարյուր տանկեր»,- նշել է Սարգսյանը:
Նա նաեւ ներկայացրել է գործողությունների զարգացման ընթացքը։ «Մեր Գլխավոր շտաբի պետին զանգահարեց Ռուսաստանի Գլխավոր շտաբի պետը եւ ասաց, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը համաձայն է դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները, դուք արդյո՞ք համաձայն եք ամսի 5-ին ժամը 11-ի դրությամբ դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները: Մինչ այդ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական եւ ռազմական ղեկավարությունը երկու անգամ հայտարարել էր, որ նրանք պատրաստ են դադարեցնելու ռազմական գործողությունները: Եվ մեր Գլխավոր շտաբի պետը ուղեւորվեց Մոսկվա, Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Ռուսաստանի Գլխավոր շտաբի պետերի հանդիպում եղավ, որտեղ զուտ բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց՝ չկրակել»,- ասել է Սարգսյանը եւ հավելել. «Ինչու եմ ասում չկրակել, այլ չեմ ասում հրադադար, որովհետեւ մենք ասում էինք, որ ոչ թե պետք է հրադադար հաստատել, այլ վերականգնել հրադադարը, որի մասին համաձայնագիր էինք կնքել 1994 թվականին ու նաեւ այդ համաձայնագիրը ամրապնդել էինք նոր համաձայնագրով 1995 թվականին: Եվ ինչպես տեսնում եք, մինչեւ հիմա պահպանվում է այդ պայմանավորվածությունները, թեեւ խախտումները շարունակվում են: Բայց զորքերը հետ քաշված չեն, հրետանին եւ տանկերը հետ քաշված չեն, եւ ամեն վայրկյան կարող է կրկնվել այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ: Միգուցե՝ ավելի մեծ մասշտաբներով»:
