Այսօր Երևանի ավագանու «Բարև Երևան» խմբակցության անդամ Անահիտ Բախշյանը լրատվամիջոցներին տարածել է մի գրություն, որում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է, որ քաղաքապետարանում իբր քննարկվել է հանրակրթական դպրոցների տնօրեններին հանձնարարականներ իջեցնելու հարցը՝ անչափահասների հասարակական-քաղաքական ակտիվությունը կասեցնելու նկատառումով: Ավելին, տիկին Բախշյանը հեռուն է գնացել և հստակ անուններ է նշել՝ այդ իրողության առնչությամբ համեմատություններ և վերլուծություն կատարելով: Գնահատելով Անահիտ Բախշյանի գործունեությունը որպես Երևանի ավագանու անդամ և նպատակ չունենալով ենթատեքստ փնտրել այդ գրության մեջ, այնուամենայնիվ, հարկ եմ համարում պարզաբանել այս հրապարակման բովանդակությունը:

Ուզում եմ նշել՝ որքան էլ աբսուրդային հնչի, տիկին Բախշյանի տարածած հրապարակման մեջ, թերևս, երկու բառ է համապատասխանում իրականությանը՝ «անչափահասներ» և «դպրոցի տնօրեններ»: Այո՛, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի՝ ապրիլի 25-ին տեղի ունեցած ընդլայնված խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել է անչափահասներին վերաբերևող հարցը, ինչը, սակայն, վերաբերել է մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող անչափահասների խնդրին, այդ առնչությամբ դպրոցներում ու ընտանիքներում բացատրական աշխատանքներ տանելու կարևորությանը, ինչպես նաև անչափահասների կողմից մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվելու դեպքերը բացառելու և նրանց համապատասխան օգնություն ցույց տալու անհրաժեշտությանը:

Մյուս եզրույթը, որը, թերևս, շրջանառել է տիկի Բախշյանը, վերաբերում է հանրակրթական դպրոցների տնօրեններին: Իրականում խոսքը ներառական կրթություն իրականացնող դպրոցներում սննդի որակի վերահսկողության և արձանագրված թերացումների մասին էր, որի առնչությամբ հանձնարարվել է խիստ վերահսկողություն սահմանել և պատասխանատվության ենթարկել այն տնօրեններին, ովքեր թույլ են տվել նման բացթողում:

Չէի ցանկանա անհարկի համեմատություններ կատարել, սակայն ինձ մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ տիկին Բախշյանը խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ննջել է և ժամանակ առ ժամանակ աչքը բացելով՝ փորձել է հնչող բառերը իրար կապել և որոշակի միտք ստանալ: Բարձր եմ գնահատում հանրության և մեր համաքաղաքացիների առաջ հաշվետվողականության մշակույթը, սակայն, հավատացած եմ, փաստերի խեղաթյուրումը չի բխում մեր համաքաղաքացիների շահերից: 

Քաղաքապետն անչափահասների նկատմամբ ունի գերուշադիր վերաբերմունք և գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցություններում նրա կողմից հաճախ են հնչեցվել հանձնարարականներ մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներում մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող և ընդհանրապես անչափահաս երեխաների կրթությունից դուրս չմնալու, ինչպես նաև նրանց անվտանգությունը պահպանելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ավելին, չեմ կարծում, որ կգտնվեն ծնողներ, որոնց չի անհանգստացնի իրենց երեխաների ճիշտ դաստիարակությունը, նպատակային զբաղվածությունը և անվտանգությունը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, տիկին Բախշյանին օգնենք հիշել, որ այսօր պարոն քաղաքապետի կողմից ոչ մի երեխայի անուն չի հնչեցվել, սա ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է Բախշյանի կամայական մեկնաբանության մասին: Ու ցավում եմ, որ նա այպես է մեկնաբանում քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականը:

Թերևս, տիկին Բախշյանին առաջարկեմ լինել այսուհետ ավելի աչալուրջ և հնարավորին զգուշավոր մեկնաբանություններ կատարելիս:
