Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանը շարժվում է իր հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումները ոչնչացնելու ճանապարհով: Այս մասին Երևանի պետական համալսարանում «Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ռազմամթերքի համեմատականը» խորագրով դասախոսության ընթացքում նշեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը` պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Ադրբեջանի բանակի կազմում քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում կռվել են այլազգիներ և ահաբեկիչներ:

«Ադրբեջանի բանակում ոչ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ծառայողների, օտար պետությունների և ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների անդամների մասնակցության մասին հստակ ապացույց ներկայացնել չենք կարող: Կա մեկ տվյալ, որը գրեթե ապացուցված է: Թուրքիայի ԶՈՒ պահեստազորային ծառայող է զոհվել, բայց պետական հասցեական մեղադրանք հնարավոր չէ հնչեցնել: Այլ տվյալներ չեմ կարող հնչեցնել»,-նշեց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղարի խոսքով`ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի զոհերի 60-70 տոկոսը եղել են լեռնահրաձգային և հատուկ նշանակության զորքերի ծառայողներ:

«Զինվորը զինվորի դեմ չի կռվել: Ադրբեջանի կողմից 18-19 տարեկաններ չեն կռվել: Հակառակորդն իր զինված ուժերի նկատմամբ վստահություն չունի, դեմ էր տվել նման զորախմբեր, բայց նման ձևով սխալ է: Ադրբեջանը գնում է իր հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումները ոչնչացնելու ճանապարհով»,-նշեց նա` շեշտելով, որ Ադրբեջանում քառօրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով պաշտոնապես մահացածների թվում են գնդապետներ, փոխգնդապետեր, մայորներ:
