««Հանրային ճնշման պետք է ենթարկեք այն մարդկանց, ովքեր բանակ չեն ցանկանում գնալ, պետք է պարսավեք, աղջիկ չտաք», հայտարարել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։
«ՉԻ» - իսկ մենք միամտաբար կարծում էինք, թե բանակում չծառայածներին պետք է ոչ թե ադջիկ չտալ, այլ պետական պաշտոն։ Ուշադրության դարձրեք՝ օրենքով բանակում չծառայածներին աղջիկ տալը չի արգելվում, իսկ ահա պետական պաշտոններ վստահելը՝ արգելում է։ Իսկ հիմա նայեք իշխանական վերնախավին, բանակում չծառայածներն են շատ, թե՞ «ազապները»։ Կամ մեկ այլ «վիճակագրություն» ուսումնասիրեք՝ վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում բանակում չծառայածներն են շատ մեդալ ստացել, թե՞ ծառայածները։ Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, թե նրանք, ովքեր ժամանակին բանակում չեն ծառայել, հիմա «տեղը հանում են»՝ օրումեջ որևէ մեդալ ստանալով։
Այնպես որ՝ պարսավելը միայն բառերով չի լինում, պետք է նաև կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել: Իսկ իշխանություններն առայժմ միայն խրախուսում են բանակում չծառայածներին»,–գրում է թերթը։
