Թևատակերի հոտն առաջանում է որոշակի բակտերիաների պատճառով, իսկ քրտնարտադրությունն առավել է սրում խնդիրը։ Թևատակերի տհաճ հոտից ազատվելու համար կամ բազմաթիվ դեզոդորանտներ, որոնք, սակայն, ոչ միշտ են օգնում խնդրի լուծմանը և փոխարենն առաջացնում են քոր, կարմրություն, ցան։
Ներկայացնում ենք 5 բնական միջոցներ, որոնք օգնում են ազատվել թևատակերի տհաճ հոտից։
1․ Սոդա
Թևատակերի հոտից, ինչպես նաև չափից ավել քրտնարտադրությունից ազատվելու գործում կօգի սոդան։ Անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը սոդային ավելացնել մի փոքր եգիպտացորենի օսլա և այս խառնուրդը քսել թևատակերին՝ զգեստը հագնելուց մի քանի րոպե առաջ։ Այն ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում թևատակերը կպահի չոր և թարմ։
2․ Քացախ
Քացախն արդյունավետորեն վերացնում է թևատակերի հոտն առաջացնող բակտերիան, որի համար անհրաժեշտ է խառնել նույն քանակությամբ ջուր, կիտրոնի հյութ և մաքուր քացախ և խառնուրդը լցնել սփրեյ-շշի մեջ։ Այս խառնուրդից ցանել թևատակերին առավոտյան՝ մինչև հագնվելը։
3․Թեյի ծառի յուղ
Թեյի ծառի յուղը գերազանց միջոց է թևատակերի հոտից ազատվելու համար, քանի որ այն ունի հակաբակտերիալ և հակասնկային հատկություններ։ Անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը թեյի ծառի յուղի մի քանի կաթիլ խառնել վարդաջրի հետ, լցնել խառնուրդը սփրեյ-շշի մեջ և ցանել այն թևատակերին՝ կրկին առավոտյան, մինչև հագվելը։
4․Կիտրոն
Կիտրոնի կօգնի ազատվել խնդրից։ Անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը շրջանաձև կրտել կիտրոնը և 2 կտոր դնել թևատակերի վրա ու պահել մոտ 15 րոպե։ Այս պրոցեդուրան մի քանի օր անընդմեջ կրկնելու դեպքում ամբողջովին կազատվեք խնդրից։
5․ Ալկոհոլ
Ալկոհոլը ևս օգտակար միջոց է թևատակերի հոտից ազատվելու համար։ Անհրաժեշտ է բամբակով առանց հոտի օղին քսել թևատակերին, որը կվերացնի բակտերիան և կազատի տհաճ հոտից։
