Ռամազոտիի երևանյան համերգի տոմսերի փոխհատուցումը կիրականացվի մայիսի 26-ից հուլիսի 26-ը

 Իտալացի հանրահայտ երգիչ և կոմպոզիտոր, համաշխարհային մեծության աստղ Էրոս Ռամազոտիի երևանյան համերգի տոմսերի վերադարձը և դրանց դրամական փոխհատուցումը կիրականացվեն մայիսի 26-ից հուլիսի 26-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին տեղեկացնում է կազմակերպիչներից Ֆորպոստարտ Պրոդաքշըն ընկերո ւթյան գլխավոր տնօրեն Զառա Մխեյանը:

«Ապրիլի 7-ին Global Communications ընկերության կողմից ստացված թիվ 322 նամակի համաձայն` Էրոս Ռամազոտտիի` ապրիլի 26-ին Կ. Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում նախատեսված համերգի տոմսերի վերադարձը և դրանց դիմաց դրամական միջոցների փոխհատուցումը Forpostart Production-ը պետք է իրականացնի Global Communications ընկերության կողմից սահմանված ժամանակահատվածում` մայիսի 26-ից հուլիսի 26-ը, վերջինիս կողմից դրամական միջոցները ստանալուց հետո»,-նշված է Ֆորպոստարտ Պրոդաքշըն ընկերության և «Շոուսթար» ՍՊԸ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:

Ընկերության տեղեկացմամբ`այս պահին Մոսկվայի արբիտրաժային դատարանում ընթանում է դատական վարույթ` իրենց պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները չկատարած Trident Music S.R.L.-ի դեմ` որպես Էրոս Ռամազոտտիի պրոդյուսերական ընկերություն, որն անմիջականորեն պատասխանատու է ֆինանսական պարտավորությունների մասով, և RADIORAMA S.R.L.-ի դեմ` որպես Ռամազոտտիի ծառայությունների մատուցման բացառիկ իրավունք ունեցող ընկերություն, համերգները չեղարկելու հետևանքով պատճառված վնասների հատուցման նպատակով:

Global Communications-ից դրամական միջոցները ստանալուն պես Forpostart Production-ը կփոխանցի դրանք «Շոուսթար» ՍՊԸ-ին, իսկ վերջինս էլ` կենտրոնացված կարգով տոմսերի ետ վերադարձը իրականացնողին:

«Մեր կողմից նախապես կհայտարարվի այն վայրը, որտեղ կենտրոնացված կարգով կիրականացնվի տոմսերի ընդունման և դրամական միջոցների փոխհատուցման գործընթացը` վերոնշյալ ժամանակահատվածում` ըստ ներկայացված դիմումների:

Եվս մեկ անգամ խնդրում ենք համերգային ծրագրի տոմսեր ձեռք բերած բոլոր անձանց անվնաս և ամբողջական պահպանել տոմսերը և ՀԴՄ կտրոնները` տոմսերի վերադարձման համար»,-նշվում է հաղորդագրությունում:

Ավելի վաղ լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկություն էին տարածել, որ իտալացի երգիչ և երգահան Էրոս Ռամազոտտին չեղյալ է հայտարարել Perfetto համաշխարհային շրջագայության շրջանակներում Ռուսաստանում, Էստոնիայում և Հայաստանում կայանալիք իր համերգները: Այդ մասին հայտնել էր ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ հղում կատարելով շրջագայության պրոդյուսեր Trident Music Srl ընկերությանը: Ինչպես նշում է պրոդյուսերական ընկերությունը, ռուսաստանյան կազմակերպիչ Global Communications-ը՝ ի դեմս Անդրեյ Ագապովի մեկ անգամ չէ, որ խախտել է պայմանագրով ամրագրված ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները, որոնք պետք է ուղղվեիÕ ¶ Ռամազոտիի համերգային շոուն միջազգային մակարդակով կազմակերպելու ծախսերի վճարմանը: Էրոս Ռամազոտտի համերգները Մոսկվայում պետք է կայանային ապրիլի 2-ին և 3-ին «Կրոկուս Սիթի Հոլլում», իսկ Երևանում՝ ապրիլի 26-ին:
