Քննությամբ պարզվում են ապրիլի 25-ին ավտոբուսում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հանգամանքները. վարկածների շրջանակը նեղանում է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում  քննվող քրեական գործով  ՀՀ ԱԱԾ եւ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ հետախուզական մարմինների հետ համատեղ շարունակվում են իրականացվել ակտիվ և անհետաձգելի քննչական, օպերատիվ -հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ Հալաբյան փողոցում ապրիլի 25-ի ուշ երեկոյան թիվ 63 երթուղու ավտոբուսում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի պատճառները, հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Նախնական տվալներով՝ պայթյունի պահին ավտոբուսում գտնվել է 10 անձ՝  վարորդը և 9 ուղևոր, որոնցից 2-ը տեղում մահացել են, 7-ը՝ ստացել տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ 

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ, ի թիվս քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող այլ առարկաների, հայտնաբերվել է բջջային հեռախոսային քարտ։ ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական մարմինների հետ համագործակցաբար պարզվել է տվյալ քարտի բաժանորդի ինքնությունը, ով ՀՀ քաղաքացի է, նախկինում երկու անգամ դատված։  Նրա բնակության վայրում օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ապրիլի 26-ին իրականացված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է «տրոտիլ» տեսակի պայթուցիկ նյութ, պայթուցիչ սարքեր (դետոնատոր) և տարբեր տեսակի էլեկտրասարքավորումներ։

«Տրոտիլ» տեսակի պայթուցիկ նյութի տարրեր, հետքեր հայտնաբերվել են նաև ավտոբուսի և դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ առգրավված փորձանմուշների վրա, ինչը հիմնավորվել է նշանակված փորձաքննության նախնական եզրակացությամբ։ 

Ավտոբուսում պայթյունի պահին գտնված 10 անձանցից 9-ի՝ վարորդի, 7 վիրավորների և 1 զոհի ինքնությունը պարզվել է, բոլորն էլ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ են։ Ապրիլի լույս 26-ի գիշերն իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների շրջանակներում, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, նրանց բոլորի բնակարաններում ևս ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների հետ համատեղ կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, որոնց արդյունքում քրեական գործի համար հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող առարկաներ չեն հայտնաբերվել, նրանց հնարավոր առնչությունը տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հետ հերքվել է։

ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական մարմինների հետ համատեղ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝  դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերված հեռախոսային քարտի բաժանորդի և դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերված երկրորդ դիակի նույնականացման ուղղությամբ։  Դիակն անճանաչելի է և վերցված փորձանմուշների հիման վրա նշանակվել է ԴՆԹ փորձաքննություն։

Առգրավվել և հետազոտվում են դեպքի վայրում և թիվ 63 ավտոբուսի երթուղու երկայնքով առկա հնարավոր տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները։

Նախաքննության այս փուլում ահաբեկչության վարկածի վերաբերյալ տվյալներ ձեռք չեն բերվել։ Կատարվում են քննչական և օպերատիվ –հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ ավտոբուսում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դրդապատճառները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
