2016թ. ապրիլի 17-ին նշանակված՝ ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Հրազդան քաղաքի քաղաքապետի ընտրության նախօրեին զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներում՝ էլեկտրոնային լրատվական կայքերում և տպագիր մամուլում հրապարակվել են տեղեկություններ այն մասին, որ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Արամ Դանիելյանի կողմնակիցները բնակչության շրջանում ընտրակաշառք են բաժանել, և որպես հավաստող տվյալներ ներկայացվել են տարբեր անձանց հարցազրույցներ պարունակող տեսանյութեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Բացի այդ, 2016թ. ապրիլի 12-ին քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Սասուն Միքայելյանի նախընտրական շտաբի պետ, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնում ահազանգ է ստացվել Հրազդան քաղաքի Կենտրոն թաղամասում ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու մասին, իսկ 2016թ. ապրիլի 17-ին ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու վերաբերյալ Ն.Փաշինյանը երկու հաղորդում է ներկայացրել, որոնցում հղում է կատարել համացանցում հրապարակված տեսանյութերին:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ լրատվամիջոցների  հրապարակումներում և Ն.Փաշինյանի հաղորդումներում հղում արված տեսանյութերում պատկերված տարբեր անձինք հայտնել են քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Ա.Դանիելյանի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու դիմաց անհայտ անձանց կողմից իրենց գումար տալու կամ գումար խոստանալու մասին:

2016թ. ապրիլի 17-ին՝ Հրազդանի քաղաքապետի ընտրության օրը և դրան նախորդող օրերին թեկնածուի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու պայմանով կաշառք ստանալու և նույն նպատակով անհայտ անձանց կողմից կաշառք տալու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:              

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
