ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակությունը փակել է Ադրբեջանի ապատեղեկատվության ճանապարհը

ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակությունն ամբողջ կազմով ներգրավված է եղել լիագումար նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներում և փորձել եվրոպական պատվիրակների շրջանում մեծացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված քառօրյա պատերազմի վերաբերյալ իրազեկվածությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը նշեց, որ պատվիրակությունն ամեն ինչ արել է թույլ չտալու Ադրբեջ անին, իր սովորության համաձայն, կեղծ ապատեղեկատվություն տարածել:
«Նստաշրջանի ժամանակ քննարկվող բոլոր հարցերի ժամանակ ելույթներ ենք ունեցել, փորձել ենք, հետևելով օրակարգին, հնչեցնել ապրիլյան իրադարձությունների ու Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականության մասին փստարկված տեղեկատվություն»,-ասաց պատգամավորը` հավելելով, որ հայ պատվիրակներն իրազեկում են ապահովել թե բանավոր տեղեկատվության, թե բրոշուրների ու այլ տեղեկատվական նյութերի տեսքով:
«Մենք առանձնահատուկ հանդիպումներ ենք ունեցել տասից ավելի ազգային պատվիրակությունների հետ, փաստագրական նյութերով, լուսանկարներով պարզաբանել իրականությունը»,-նշեց պատգամավորը: Նա հավելեց, որ փորձել են պատասխանել մի քանի գլխավոր հարցերի` ով է նախահարձակ եղել, նպատակը ինչն էր, ինչ արգելված զենքեր են օգտագործվել, քաղաքացիական անձանց ու զինվորականների շրջանում քանի զոհ է գրանվել, միջազգային նորմերի խախատումների մասին:
Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը հավելեց նաև, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ում իրենց աշխատանքի հիմնական կողմերից է, որ եվրոպական այդ կառույցն իր քաղաքականությունը տարածի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության վրա ևս: Մանրամասնելով պատգամավորը նկատեց, որ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը, լինելով մարդու իրավունքների կոնվենցիաներն իր տարածքում լիակատար ապահովելու գործընթացը կազմակերպող ու վերահսկող մարմին, ցանկալի է իր առաքելությունը տարածի նաև ԼՂ վրա: «Այս մասին ապրիլյան իրադարձություններին արձագանքելիս հատուկ շեշտադրում կատարեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղար Թյորբորն Յգլանդը: Մասնավորապես, նա նշեց, որ Եվրոպայի տարածքում չպետք է լինեն սև տարածքներ, որտեղ մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիան չի գործում կամ մադկային իրավունքները պաշտպանված չեն, ադ թվում` բարձրաձայնելով ԼՂ ժողովրդի ապրելու իրավունքի մասին»,-ավելացրեց պատգամավորը:
