«Հայաստանյան բանկերում լուրջ մտահոգություններ կան իրենց տրամադրության տակ հայտնված անշարժ գույքի իրացման հարցում: Խոսքը տրամադրված վարկերի դիմաց որպես գրավ վերցված անշարժ գույքի մասին է, որի գինը նվագում է օր-օրի:
Ի հեճուկս պաշտոնական վիճակագրության, ըստ որի անշարժ գույքի գինը անցած տարվա ընթացքում չի նվազել, բանկերում նշում են, որ նվազում կա և բավականին էական մոտ 15-20 տոկոս: Բայց խնդիրը ոչ այնքան գնի նվագումն է, որքան այդ գույքի համար գնորդ գտնելը; Այս պահին դեռ իրավիճակը կրիտիկական չէ, բայց անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ պահանջարկի նվազումը այնքան շեշտակի է, որ շուտով դա կհանգեցնի գների է՛լ ավելի նվազման: Բանկերում սպասումներ կան, որ ամենածանր շրջանը կսկսվի այս տարվա աշնանը, երբ մի կողմից կավելանան «չաշխատող վարկերի» ծավալները, մյուս կողմից՝ կբարդանա գրավի տակ մնացած անշարժ գույքը ընդունելի գներով վաճառելու և դրանով վարկը փակելու հեռանկարը»,– գրում է թերթը։
