Վիլնյուսի Ռատուշայում՝ քաղաքապետարանի պատմական կենտրոնում ապրիլի 24-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հայոց ցեղասպանության 101-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված հիշատակի միջոցառում, որը կազմակերպվել էր «Բալթյան հայերի ալյանսի» ջանքերով։ Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ, Լիտվայի հասարակակական-քաղաքական և մշակութային գործիչներ։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Երաժշտական ելույթներով հանդես եկան Վիլնյուսի Դվարիոնասի երաժշտական դպրոցի, Կաունասի «Հայրենիք» համույթի սաները։ Ներկայացված էին նաև Կաունասի Մարտինայտիսի անվան գեղարվեստի դպրոցի սաների՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված կերպարվեստի աշխատանքները։

Միջոցառմանը ելույթ ունեցավ Լիտվայում ՀՀ դեսպան ԱրաԱյվազյանը, ով իր խոսքում, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձավ ցեղասպանության անպատժելիության հետևանքներին. «Նեոօսմանիզմիգաղափարախոսությունը կրող Թուրքիայի ներկայիսիշխանությունները կարծես վճռական են կյանքի կոչել Օսմանյանկայսրության ամենատխրահռչակ ավանդույթները՝ հարևաններիհանդեպ վարած քաղաքականությունը, հովանավորությունը ևանմիջական կապը միջազգային ահաբեկչության հետ, Սիրիայի միլիոնավոր փախստականների հարցի շահարկումը, Թուրքիայի ներսումբռնատիրական կարգերի հաստատումն ու հիմնարար ազատությունների ոտնահարումը»։

Անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողություններին՝ դեսպան Այվազյանը նշեց․ «Մենք գործ ունենքիրապես ահաբեկչական պետության հետ, որին ոմանք դեռ շարունակում են համարել «հանդուրժողականության մոդել»: Շատխորհրդանշական էր, որ միակ երկիրը, որը ողջունեց և արդարացրեց Բաքվի կողմից սանձազերծած պատերազմը, Թուրքիան էր»: Դեսպան Այվազյանը հավելեց, որ 21-րդ դարում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը չեն մոռանալու անցյալը և թույլ չեն տալու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մեր ժողովրդի ցեղասպանության կրկնությունը։

Միջոցառմանը ելույթ ունեցան նաև Լիտվայի Սեյմասի (խորհրդարան) պատգամավոր, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ բարեկամության խմբի նախագահ Դալիա Կուոդիտեն և «Բալթյան հայերի ալյանսի» նախագահ, հայտնի կինոռեժիսոր Մարատ Սարգսյանը։

Ապրիլի 24-ին Աստանայում տեղի ունեցավ Օսմանյան կայսրությունում իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառում:

Ռուս ուղղափառ եկեղեցու Սուրբ Վերափոխման Մայր տաճարում վարդապետ հայր Սերգիյը մատուցեց սրբադասված նահատակների բարեխոսության կարգ: Հայր Սերգիյն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ «թուրքերը սպանել են քրիստոնյա հայերին ազգային և կրոնական պատկանելության համար» և«այսօր նույնը ոճիրը կրկնում է «Իսլամական պետություն» կոչվող ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունը Սիրիայում ապրող հայերի,ասորիների, եզդիների նկատմամբ»:

Այնուհետև ելույթ ունեցավ Ղազախստանում ՀՀ դեսպան Արա Սահակյանը: Նա, մասնավորապես, նշեց. «Ապրիլի 24-ին աշխարհի բոլոր ծայրերումբնակվող հայերս համախումբ ոգեկոչում ենք մեր զոհերի հիշատակը և հայտնում՝ քանի դեռ միջազգայնորեն չի ճանաչվել ուդատապարտվել Մեծ Եղեռնը, նման ոճրագործությունների կրկնությունը չի կարող բացառվել ապագայում»:
