Պետությունը կոթեցիներին փոխհատուցելու է հակառակորդի հրետակոծությունից հասցված վնասը

 ՀՀ կառավարությունը փոխհատուցելու է 2015 թվականի ամռանը հակառակորդի իրականացրած մարտական գործողությունների հետևանքով  Տավուշի մարզի Կոթի համայնքի բնակչությանը պատճառված վնասը` Տավուշի մարզպետարանին հատկացնելով հատկացնելով 8 մլն 935 հազար դրամ: Այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության ապրիլի 28-ի նիստի օրակարգում:   

2015թ. ամռանը Կոթի համայնքում հակառակորդի հրետակոծությունների պատճառով չհնձված հացահատիկի տարածքների /27.5 հա/ կրած նյութական վնասը կազմել է 11 մլն. 935,5 հազ. դրամ: Նշված գումարից 3 մլն. դրամը 2015թ. տարեվերջին օգնության կարգով փոխհատուցվել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից, որը համամասնորեն բաժանվել է բոլոր սեփականատերերին:

«ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզպետին ուղղված Կոթի համայնքի համայնքապետի 2015 թ. հուլիսի թիվ 50 գրությամբ ներկայացվել էր հրետակոծության հետևանքով տուժած 20 սեփականատերերի տվյալներ, քանի որ 2 սեփականատեր նախատեսում էին հավաքել բերքը:

Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ վերոնշյալ 2 սեփականատերերը ևս չեն կարողացել հավաքել հացահատիկի բերքն, այդ իսկ պատճառով նյութական վնասի չափը փոխվել է՝ 10,879.5 հազար դրամից դառնալով 11 մլն. 935,5  հազար դրամ:

Ներկայացված նախագծով նախատեսվում է ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզպետարանին հատկացնել մնացած 8,935.5 հազար դրամ գումար՝ սահմանամերձ Կոթի համայնքի բնակիչներին հասցված վնասները փոխհատուցելու նպատակով»,- ասված է հիմնավորման մեջ:
