Միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է սթափվի և Ադրբեջանի դեպքում իրերն իրենց անուններով կոչի: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դավիթ Բաբայանն` անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ գործողություններին:
«Նման դեպքում հայկական կողմի անելիքը հստակ է: Պետք է թշնամուն միշտ հակահարված տալ և հետ շպրտել, եթե փորձի առաջ գալ: Ինչ վերաբերում է միջազգային հանրությանը, ապա ժամանակն է սթափվել: Բաքվում միջազգային ֆորումներ են անցկացվում, և եվրոպական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներն այնպես են գովաբանում Բաքվին, որ նա թևեր է առնում»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Նրա խոսքով, հայկական լրատվամիջոցները, Հայաստանի, Արցախի, Սփյուռքի գործիչները պետք է բարձրաձայնեն այս հարցը: «Եվրոպացի որոշ գործիչներ խավիար ուտելու կամ այլ պատճառով նման ահաբեկչական պետությանը դրական գնահատական են տալիս, դա անընդունելի է: Տեսանք, թե Էրդողանի այցելությունից, Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած այդ միջազգային միջոցառումից հետո ինչպես է թևավորվել Ադրբեջանը և կոպտորեն խախտում հրադադարի ռեժիմը` թիրախավորելով խաղաղ բնակչությանը: Նա ոտնահարում է միջազգային բոլոր կոնվենցիաները: Բա, իհարկե, եթե մեծարեն այդ աննորմալ, ահաբեկչական ե րկրին, այն էլ եվրոպական երկրների, կարևոր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները, Բաքուն այդպես էլ կվարվի»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ բարեբախտաբար քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում զոհեր չկան, բոլորը կազմակերպված են գործել: Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում ներկայում իրավիճակը համեմատաբար հանգիստ է:
Ապրիլի 26-ի օրվա ընթացքում ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով հակառակորդի կողմից ձեռնարկված ինտենսիվ հրետակոծությունները շարունակվել են նաև այս գիշեր: Ադրբեջանական զինուժը իր տրամադրության տակ եղած գրեթե բոլոր հրետանային զինատեսակներից, այդ թվում` ականանետերից, թնդանոթներից ու ՄՄ- 21 (Գրադ) կայանքներից ղարաբաղյան դիրքերի և խաղաղ բնակավայրերի վրա արձակել է ավելի քան 550 արկ: Առավել ինտենսիվ հրետակոծություններ են արձանագրվել շփման գծի հյուսիսարևելյան ուղղությամբ: Հրետակոծության են ենթարկվել Մարտակերտ, Ներքին Հոռաթաղ և այլ խաղաղ բնակավայրեր:
