Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Էրդողանը եկավ Բաքու. Ալիևը սահմանին ակտիվացավ: Եթե նման կանխավարկածը ճիշտ է, ու նման օրինաչափությունը հաստատվում է, ապա սրա արդյունքում Ադրբեջանը ինչպես ներքին, այնպես էլ արտաքին հարթակներում շահեկան դիրքում ամենևին չի հայտնվում: Այս առթիվ ներկայացնենք մի քանի դիտարկումներ.

- Սահմանային ամեն ակտիվացումից հետո Ադրբեջանը զինված ուժերում անձնակազմի էական կորուստներ է ունենում, որը օբյեկտիվորեն սրում է՝ առանց այդ էլ սոցիալ-տնտեսական ներքին դժգոհություններ ունեցող ազգաբնակչության վերաբերմունքը իշխանության նկատմամբ:

- Ալիևի ակտիվացումները ռուսների համար դիտվում են որպես Անկարայի կողմից դրդման արդյունք, որի վերջնական թիրախը ոչ թե ԼՂՀ-ն/ՀՀ-ն է, այլ Ռուսաստանի շուրջ անկայունության շրջան ստեղծելը, ուստի սա բացասաբար է անդրադառնում Մոսկվա-Բաքու հարաբերությունների վրա:

- Որքան էլ Բաքվում պրոպագանդան աշխատում է, թե իբր վերջին ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ իրենք հողեր են «գրավել», այնուամենայնիվ մեր կողմից գաղտնալսված սահմանային հեռախոսային զանգերից պարզ է դառնում, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացինների՝ առնվազն մի զգալի մասը լավ տեղյակ է իրականությունից:

- Ամեն անգամ սրելով սահմանային իրավիճակը՝ Ադրբեջանը կորուստներ է ունենում ռազմական տեխնիկայի մասով, իսկ դա հումքային տնտեսություն ունեցող երկրի համար, ուր տնտեսական խնդիրներ կան, լուրջ խնդիր է:

- Անհաջողությունները ղարաբաղյան ճակատում, բացի հասարակական դժգոհությունից, խնդիրներ կարող են առաջացնել նաև Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական դաշտում, ներիշխանական բուրգի որոշ օղակներում, ինչպես նաև ռազմական ղեկավարության շրջանակներում, որը հղի կարող է լինել նաև ներքաղաքական անկայունությամբ՝ հեռանկարում ընդհուպ մինչև ներիշխանական հեղաշրջում: Ի դեպ, չնայած Անկարան սկզբունքորեն դեմ չէ Ալիևի հետ աշխատելուն, սակայն հավանաբար հեռանկարում դեմ չի լինի նաև Ադրբեջանում առավել ազգայնական գործընկերոջը առկայությանը, որը շատ ավելի կառավարելի կլինի քան Ալիևը կրտսերը:

- Իրականում փաստ է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր համանախագահները դեմ են ռեգիոնում ռազմական գործողությունների էսկալացմանը, ու շատերը պարզ հասկանում են, որ սրացումները ունեն «թուրքական» հետք, ուստի Բաքվի հետ դիվանագիտական շփումներում ակցենտները բավական կոշտ են:
