Իզաբելլա Աբգարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հետևելով բանակցային գործընթացի շուրջ քննարկումներին, տպավորություն է, որ շատերը միայն ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո են սկսել հետևել "խաղաղ բանակցությունների" գործընթացին և այդքան էլ լավ չեն պատկերացնում, թե ինչ է նշանակում բանակցություններից հրաժարվելը և ով է դա արել ու անում:
Եթե ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽն ցանկություն ունենա անկողմնակալ դիտարկել այս` այսօր արդեն տապալված գործընթացը, ապա պետք է արձանագրի, որ Իլհամ Ալիևը այս ողջ ընթացքում զբաղվել է բանակցելու իմիտացիայով` ժամանակ շահելու, զինվելու և հակամարտությունը ուժային եղանակով լուծելու համար: Իսկ ապրիլի սկզբին նա կրակայրիչը մոտեցրեց և այրեց այն բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, որոնց շուրջ բանակցում էր: Ի դեպ, դա քաջ գիտակցում էր հայկական կողմը, ինչի մասին վկայում է մեր կողմից բազմիցս արված հայտարարությունը, թե մենք պատրաստ ենք փոխզիջումների: Քաջ գիտակցելով, թե ինչ թուքումուր կլցվի գլխներին, Հայաստանի ղեկավարները տարբեր ժամանակաշրջաններում բանավոր համաձայնություն են տվել այդ փոխզիջումներին: Բայց այսօր, երբ սեղանին դրված փաստաթղթերի տրամաբանությունը խախտվել է և Ալիևը արդեն անցել է իր` ռազմական ճանապարհով հարցեր լուծելու ծրագրի իրականացմանը, այլևս որևէ փոխզիջում անիմաստ է դառնում:
