Ամեն քաղաքական իրավիճակ իր խնդիրներն է առաջադրում, որոնք իրենց լուծումներն են պահանջում, իսկ հաջորդ իրադրությունում դրանք այլևս կարող են ակտուալ չլինել: Ոմանք մնացել են 88թ-ում, ոմանք 94, ոմանք 97 կամ 2015 թ-ում և չեն կարողանում ընկալել նոր իրադրության մարտահրավերները
Ի սկզբանե, երբ առաջացել էր Ղարաբաղյան շարժումը, պահանջը մեկն էր` Ղարաբաղը դուրս բերել Ադրբեջանի սահմաններից ԼՂԻՄ սահմաններով, և որևէ մեկը չէր էլ խոսում Լաչինի մասին, որովհետև որևէ անվտանգության խնդիր չկար, որ կարիք լիներ ապահովել Հայաստան-Արցախ ցամաքային կապ: Զինված բախումները սակայն առաջացրեցին այդ խնդիրները և այդ կապի ապահովումը դարձրեց կենսական անհրաժեշտություն: Այնուհետև լայնածավալ պատերազմը առաջ բերեց նոր մարտահրավերներ, ակնհայտ էր, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության ֆիզիկական գոյությունը այլևս վտանգված էր, հետևաբար անհրաժեշտ էր ձևավորել անվտանգության բուֆերային գոտի, որի առկայությունը կապահովեր Արցախի անվտանգությունը մինչև հստակ անվտանգության երաշխիքների ստեղծումը, և հենց այդ տրամաբանության շրջանակներում էլ պաշտոնական Երևանը 97թ-ին փորձում էր գտնել հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավարման տարբերակներ:
Վերջին տարիների ադրբեջանական ագրեսիաները և հատկապես այս քառօրյա պատերազմը ստեղծել են բոլորովին նոր քաղաքական իրավիճակ, որտեղ այլևս համարժեք չեն կարող լինել նախկին տարբերակները: Խաղաղ բնակավայրերի հրետակոծությունը, տարածքներ գրավելու փորձերը միայն մեկ լուծում կարող են ունենալ` ԱՆՎՏԱՆԳՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԳՈՏՈՒ ԸՆԴԼԱՅՆՈՒՄ: Որևէ այլ տարբերակով չի կարող ապահովվել արցախցիների անվտանգությունը: Եվ որևէ շրջանի վերադարձի կամ փոխանակման մասին խոսք գնալ չի կարող, քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանը չի ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը, երկու երկրների միջև չեն հաստատվել դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ և զորքերը հետ չեն քաշվել առաջնագծից:
Եվ այս լուծումները թե հիմա թե նախկինում չեն կարող կապված լինել գաղափարական կողմորոշումների, ազգայնականության կամ ազատականության հետ, այստեղ խոսքը միշտ`88թ-ից սկսած և այսօր էր, վերաբերվում է պետական շահի գիտակցմանը
