Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմը շատ հարցեր, մտահոգություններ  առաջացրեց, ինչպես  նաև անհարգի կոսմոպոլիտ քաղաքական գործիչներ ի հայտ բերեց: Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյանի հարցին: «Կարծում եմ, ընդհանրապես մենք քննարկելու, քննադատելու, մտահոգվելու շատ խնդիրներ ունենք : Խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն կառավարությանը, այեւ Ազգային ժողովին, քաղաքացիական հասարակությանն ու քաղաքական ուժերին: Ինչ վերաբերում է կառավարության խնդիրներին եւ ապագա անելիքներին, գործադիրը նայում է դեպի ապագա, դեպի առաջ՝ չմոռանալով անցյալն ու դասեր քաղելով բացթողումներից: Մենք փորձում ենք քայլել ժամանակին զուգընթաց, այս արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհում պետք է լինենք շատ զգոն, զգուշավոր ու պատասխանատու: Կառավարության անդամի յուրաքանչյուր քայլ ու հայտարարություն կոնկրետ պատասխանատվություն ու պարտավորություն է ենթադրում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք ապագայում հանդես կգանք մեծ ու համապարփակ հայտարարությամբ, եւ այն բոլոր փոփոխությունները, բարեփոխումները, որ մենք պլանավորել էինք իրականացնել 2016թ.-ին, վերանայվելու են՝ ելնելով ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց վարչապետը:

Աբրահամյանը հավելեց՝  երբ համապատասխան քննարկումներից հետո կլինի  օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության փաթեթը, դա  կքննարկեն ԱԺ-ի հետ: Վարչապետը կոչ արեց քաղաքական գործիչներին՝ իրավիճակը չօգտագործել պոպուլիզմով զբաղվելու համար: Նման գործելակերպը, ըստ վարչապետի, չի կարող արդյունավետ լինել ու դրական ակնկալիքներ ստեղծել  պետության համար: «Մենք այս օրերին հասկացանք, որ կա համախմբում, որ Սփյուռքը, Հայաստանն ու Արցախը միասնական են նման խնդրի պարագայում: Եւ մեր այս համախմբումը պետք է վերածենք գործի: Կոչ եմ անում քաղաքական ուժերին՝ անկ ախ նրանից՝ իշխանական, թե ընդդիմադիր, հավաքվենք, քննարկենք: Մեր խնդիրներն են, մենք պետք է դրանց լուծումը միասնական գտնենք: Պետք է կիսվենք, անկեղծանանք ու քննարկենք, պայմանավորվենք: Կառավարությունը պատրաստ է տալ բացատրություններ, կարծիք հայտնել ու իր ապագա տեսլականը ներկայացնել ձեզ»,- եզրափակեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
