Արցախյան հարցի լուծման բանալիները Ստեփանակերտում են և արցախցիների ձեռքում: Այս մասին տարածած պարզաբանման մեջ նշել է ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը:

«Հայտնի են իմ մոտեցումները, որոնք հաճախ բարձրաձայնել եմ քննարկումների և բանավեճերի ժամանակ տարբեր երկրներում` տարբեր երկրների ղեկավարների և պատգամավորների հետ: Այն է` արցախյան հարցի լուծման բանալիները որևէ մայրաքաղաքում և որևէ մեկի ձեռքերում չեն: Դրանք բացառապես Ստեփանակերտում են և արցախյան ժողովրդի ձեռքում, ով պայքարում և մաքառում է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշված է Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի տարածած պարզաբանման մեջ:

Անդրադառնալով ապրիլի 26-ին Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի` լրատվամիջոցներից մի քանիսին տված հարցազրույցին, ԱԺ փոխնախագահն  ասել է. «Լրագրողի հարցը և իմ պատասխանը վերաբերել է բացառապես մադրիդյան սկզբունքներին և 2010-11 թվականների քննարկումներին: Ես ընդհանուր գծերով ներկայացրել եմ մեր դիրքորոշումները այն մասին, որ մենք շեշտադրումը դնում ենք Արցախի ժողովրդի հանրաքվեի, անկախության ճանաչման և կարգավիճակի վրա: Մինսկի խմբի կողմից աջարկվող մադրիդյան սկզբունքները մենք համարում ենք համալիր, որին պետք է ամբողջական մոտենալ: Որևէ անդրադարձ այդ զրույցում չի եղել այդ իրողություններին: Այսօրվա իրողությունները շատ փոփոխված են հատկապես ադրբեջանական ապրիլյան ագրեսիայից հետո: Պարզ է, որ այսօր արդեն խոսքը պետք է գնա, և այսօր գնում է, ուժի կիրառման բացառման և դրա երաշխիքների մասին, որպեսզի բացառվեն ապագա ագրեսիաները: Խոսքը պետք է վերաբերի հետաքննությունների մեխանիզմին: Վստահության միջոցները կատարելուց հետո խոսքը պետք է վերաբերի բանակցային սեղանին վերադառնալուն»:

Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի խոսքով` ինչ վերաբերում են նրան, թե իր արտահայտությունները եղել են պարտվողական կամ զիջողական բնույթի, նրա կենսագրությունը հայտնի է և ինքը բոլորովին այն մարդը չէ, որ պարտվողական կամ զիջողական է տրամադրված լինի:  

ԱԺ փոխնախագահի համոզմամբ` ԵԽԽՎ աշխատանքներում իր գործողությունները տարել և տանում են դեպի այն, որ Արցախը պետք է ինքը ներկայացնի իրեն, իր ժողովրդի շահերը և պահանջները:

«Այս երևույթը թյուրիմացություն է, թյուրըմբռնում, իմ խոսքերն այլ ձևով կամ կոնտեքստից դուրս ներկայացնելու փորձ, շահարկում, որի մեջ հերթական սենսացիան ստեղծելու պատրվակ եմ տեսնում: Մերժել բանակցությունները կամ հանդես գալ պատերազմական կոչերով, ագրեսիվ հռետորիկայով, քայլեր են, որոնք մեզ կհավասարեցնեն Ադրբեջանին, իսկ դա հարիր չէ մեզ»,-եզրափակել է Նաղդալյանը:
